ABSTRACT
The word intervention most often implies or refers to military intervention. Military Intervention is often conceived as the intervention of one state in the affairs of another state on behalf of its national interest.
However military intervention are more often justified in terms of moral and legal ends. France military intervention to Northern Mali on January 2013 has a purpose to bring conflict resolution and also put an end of terorrism that threatened Northern Mali and West Africa. Strategic interest from France to Mali in uranium and gold minds is one of the economic interest behind this military intervention. Therefore military intervention could bring another effects like conflict resolution.
