Tell me about yourself
Sure, my name is Annisa Ananda Aryaputri, you can call me Nisa, for short. I am in the 6th semester and final semester, currently working on my thesis and on the job training/ work practice field for my Diploma degree in Accounting
on Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta or as usual people call it UPN Veteran Jakarta,
I developed and had a strong interest in financial management, auditing, and taxation. Additionally, I’ve been hold a Zahir Accounting and Accurate
Certificate, which demonstrates my commitment to staying up-to-date with some of the companies that encourage the finance and accounting role.
So my role from the previous company, PT Menara Astra, I’ve been responsible for managing the financial statements and preparing detailed reports for
executive review. I’ve been supporting and monitoring financial documents &
tenants invoicing, checking and processing financial documents.
I have a great concern for detail and when I commit to perform a certain task; I always deliver within the set time.
Why do you want to work at this company?
As far that I know this company is accelerating the path to more reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy, while helping our customers power
economies and deliver the electricity that is vital to health, safety, security, and improved quality of life. So I really interested in how far that came and I wanted to encourage myself that I want to help to make this company better. Also for continuing to help reduce the carbon-intensity of the world’s power systems by reducing the CO2, which is really great to look up so yeah.
What interests you about this role?
The job description mentioned that this role would be responsible for onboarding new employees, as well as compiling and distributing an updated employee handbook. In my previous role, I enjoy working with new people and to help them feel welcome and confident in their roles, especially in Finance and
Accounting. I’m looking forward to a job that allows me to have a more hands-on role in working with media partners. That’s one of the things that most excite me.
What do you consider to be your weaknesses?
It can be hard sometimes where the people I’m working with are overwhelmed or dissatisfied with their workloads. To ensure that I’m not asking too much or too little from my team. I like to ask if they feel like they’re on top of their workload, how I could better to help them, whether there’s anything they’d like to take on or get rid of, and if they’re engaged by what they’re doing. Even if the answer is ‘all good,’ so that really lay the groundwork for a good and trusting relationship.
What are your greatest strengths?
I’ve always been a natural leader myself and worked well in a fast-paced
environment from my previous role, I also tend to be honest, passionate on new things and dedicated when it comes to solve the problems in work so yeah.
