Dear Ms Fika Megawati,

Thank you for your email. Yes, you may modify the title of your paper to suit the paper content. As we have informed you, the unedited volume is not sent to the CRC Press, the publisher which will manage the indexing process. In regard to the indexing process, the final decision whether or not the submitted e-proceedings can be indexed will rest in the Scopus management since Scopus has their own team of reviewers.

Thank you for your response. Yes, we get the point that my paper will not be published in CRC Press, what I mean here is that the index for unedited volume e proceeding by UNY Press, will my article indexed by Google scholar at least if I publish there? since nowadays the online publication needs to have index so that it can be automatically included in our SINTA (Risteksikti) for our academic point.

what about refund that is mentioned in the previous email on August 3 2017, with subject "E-Proceedings CALL FOR FULL PAPERS The 15th Asia TEFL and 64th TEFLIN International" Conference which says

Thank you for your email. Indeed, we are planning to publish the unedited volume in the form of e-publication. In regard to the publication fee, we will refund the remaining amount of publication fee. We will do the process of transferring back the fee approximately at about the third week of January 2018.

E-Proceedings CALL FOR FULL PAPERS The 15^th Asia TEFL and 64^th TEFLIN

International Conference Yogyakarta, Indonesia, 13-15 July 2017

Dear Presenters,

As previously informed, you, as presenters of the Conference, may choose one of four options on how your full papers are to be published. One of the options is that you can send your papers to be published in the 15^th Asia TEFL and 64^th TEFLIN International Conference E-Proceedings by CRC Press/ Balkema (Taylor & Francis Group), the Netherlands.

In this connection, all presenters are kindly advised to comply with the following policies, including those who have submitted their full papers:

1. Submissions are open to presenters who have not submitted their full papers for other publications.

2. The submitted full papers must meet the following criteria:

(a) The contents of the papers must be consistent with those of the conference presentations;

(b) Ideas must be coherently organized;

(c) The language must be grammatically accurate;

(d) The number of pages is no more than 6 pages, including references, typed in single space.

(e) Conceptual articles should include: Title; Name of contributor(s); Abstract; Introduction; Body text; Conclusion; and References.

(f) Research-based articles should contain: Title; Name of contributors); Abstract; Introduction (including literature review); Research Method; Findings and Discussion; Conc and Suggestions; and References.

3. Submitted papers will be reviewed by the e-proceeding reviewer team, and only accepted papers will be published.

4. Submissions of full papers and completed author’s consent are to be sent through the following email:

5. The publication fee of EUR 75 (seventy-five euros) or IDR 1,250,000 (one million two hundred fifty thousand rupiahs) is payable to the following bank account details:

7. The authors will be notified on the acceptance or non-acceptance of their full papers on 3 December 2017.

8. Accepted papers with revisions must be returned by 17 December 2017.

9. The publication fee for unaccepted papers will be refunded to the designated bank account provided by presenters.

10. All submissions must be in camera-ready manuscripts.

11. The full-paper template containing manuscript preparation information, author’s consent to publish, and transfer of copyright are attached in separate files.

12. The e-proceedings will be published by CRC Press around May 2018.

13. The unaccepted papers will be published by UNY Press in the form of the unedited e-proceedings.
