Islamic Education Resources Management

Executive human assets are one area of the entire board that incorporates the parts of organizing, sorting, executing, and controlling. HR is considered to play an undeniably important role in achieving the goals, therefore different meetings and checks result in HR fields being gathered efficiently. The framework called HR oversees HR skillfully and does not employ wasted representation. The purpose of this study is to find out how to manage Islamic education resources. The method used in this study is library research, which is a series of activities related to the methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and processing study materials. Data collection is done by examining the results of research and other data sources that are considered relevant regarding the management of Islamic education resources. Educational management is the art and science of managing Islamic educational resources to achieve the goals of Islamic education through the process of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling Islamic education resources efficiently and effectively to achieve the goals of development, progress, and quality of the processes and outcomes of Islamic education itself.

INTRODUCTION

Teaching is a major part of human progress on this planet. Because humans are created to have two extraordinary commands, more precisely first, as workers of Allah SWT who has a series of tasks and commands that must be carried out to do what is commanded by His Lord. Second, humans are the caliphs of Allah SWT who also have a series of hopes to become the caliphs of Allah SWT on earth. Thus, to complete their obligations, the community needs logical information and assistance, so that what are their obligations and commitments can be carried out properly, so that they are basically on the right track with the assumption that there is an articulation that states "only through schools, people get all kinds of science and information, either through formal, casual, or non-formal training”.1

Seeing this, Islamic education organizations have such an important place in developing their human resources, even the progress of a country is not only seen from the increase in its normal assets, but the main thing is the increase in its human resources,

because, if the human resources are made and improved properly, then its regular assets will also be highly monitored. Therefore, seeing the importance of skills and reasons for training, an Islamic education foundation must be managed expertly, with good administration, and Islamic education assets that have high inspiration to develop Islamic education organizations. Since it was mentioned again in the law, that the improvement of Islamic schools, in the era of globalization must target the parts in creating and working on the characteristics of Islamic education human resources at every level and type of schooling. In this era of globalization, the determining component of disappointment and results of Islamic educational organizations, as a rule, is the Islamic training of human resources in Islamic educational institutions (the man behind the gun).

The importance of teaching is to work on individual nature, so that the presence of universities is to create qualified human resources, qualified in accordance with the goals of the college. Human resources determine the progress or decline of a country, not determined by the quality or not of human resources owned by the country concerned. One of the qualified human resources is classified as "scientific". One of the educated people in question is a result of the growing experience/teaching results obtained in Continuing Education. However, further education is not the main place to continue to deal with educated people, but it remains the foundation of belief as a scientific maker that is beneficial to the state, nation, and religion.2

Changes in the need for increased knowledge and innovation require the administration of teachers and education personnel at the foundations fostered by Bani Hasyim. One of them is the inspiration of educators who can move themselves to further develop execution in building the nation's age. This study uses a subjective examination with an interpretive worldview. The different educators in the Bani Hasyim educational institutions have various inspirations in outlining the mentality and instructive exercises.

There are 2 discoveries, namely the inspiration of special obligations and the inspiration of love. The inspiration for the obligation to frame the belief in educators is that the vocation as a teacher is not just an exchange of information but an exchange of character. The inspiration for love is faith in the deep qualities that underlie dedication to a vocation.

Understanding love and duty as an instructor type, excellent skills drive deep qualities.3

METODE

The technique used in this research is library research, which is the development of exercises related to strategies for collecting library information, reading and taking notes, and dealing with a concentration on materials. Information collection is completed by evaluating the side effects of testing and other sources of information deemed relevant to asset management of Islamic instruction.

HASIL DAN PEMBAHASAN

Elements of Educational Resource Management

Considering the current development of Islamic education foundations, which are full of contestations, it is inevitable that preparations are needed to face the opposition. One of the main concerns of any educational foundation is to argue about proper administration and use. With the existence of proficient administration in educational organizations, heavy and troublesome administrative work will be completed correctly and the ideal goal is achieved.

Understanding and properly monitoring the administrative elements contained in Islamic educational foundations allows these institutions to be great and excel in the world's educational competition. These components are human, cash, engineering, material, machine, and market. Men, especially human specialists, both administrative and executive workers are concerned with the human assets of executives. Cash is cash that is expected to achieve ideal goals related to the administration or capital expenditures. Strategy is a technique used with the ultimate goal of achieving a goal. Materials will be materials that are expected to achieve the objectives related to the board's bookkeeping costs. Machines are tools that are needed or used to achieve the goals associated with creating executives.

The market is a component of the market for selling labor and delivering products related to displaying executives.4

Educational Resource Management Operational Function

Human resources play an important role in determining the progress of a nation even though the nation has abundant natural resources but if it is not supported or supported by quality human resources, the nation cannot progress, so many experts state that HR (HR) is someone who is the center of attention of a nation. association or in an establishment, whatever the form and motivation behind the association or foundation, is

made based on a different dream to serve people and in carrying out its main purpose is always supervised by people as well. Thus, people are important figures in all hierarchical or institutional exercises.

There are so many assets in administration associated with educational associations or foundations, some of which are people, frameworks, costs, innovation, and data. After all, the main asset of HR is the possibility inherent in people to understand their work as versatile and innovative social beings who can keep an eye on themselves and all their true capacities. Educators as part of human resources in schools are expected to have a qualified capacity in Islamic education, have prerequisites for mastering their fields, and have a set of principles (morals).

To be able to become an expert in Islamic education, instructors may be required to develop extraordinary skills, which are useful for building students' personalities and teaching virtues that cover the mental, emotional, and psychomotor spheres. Therefore, it is very important to carry out teacher promotions in accordance with the ongoing developments of the times, especially because many students who are still teenagers have been destroyed intellectually and deeply.

The progress of the instructor council is characterized as work to further develop the information, knowledge, dedication, capacity, and support of teachers through various ways of working with enthusiasm effectively, and profitably according to the right work process to achieve the best work results.

Increasing teacher progress from the perspective of implementing HR can be done in two methodologies, namely a skills-based approach (Capability Based Execution Board/CBPM) and a presentation-based approach (Execution Based Execution Board/PBPM). The capability-based approach creates execution through increasing the capacity of representatives/educators to complete a job according to their duties and obligations, while the presentation-based approach creates representatives/teachers through the implementation of best practices in completing work according to their field of work.5

Basic Values of Islamic Education Resource Management Development

The truthfulness of Islamic training as a whole is less attractive and less consideration is given to it. This is due to the lack of material for planning Islamic education

and training for its implementers, less applicable to the needs of the community and the universe of work. Graduates also lose their marks on the ability to compete in the world of work. Seeing this reality, changes in the administration of Islamic teachings became a reality. Because with continuous efforts to work on impressive training administration skills, he will want to address the difficulties and be able to involve Islamic schools from now on. Inevitably, the administration of Islamic schools must be destroyed and, surprisingly, transformed to create a quality and quality Islamic school system in the existence of the Indonesian general public.6

Concept of Educational Human Resource Development

When compared with the word executive the board's human assets are characterized as the exercise of organizing, sorting, coordinating, and managing the exercise, acquisition, development, payment, mixing, maintenance, and the arrival of HR to complete. different individual, authoritative goals. , and society.

As Silalahi pointed out, the progress of human resources is based, among other things, on the understanding that the community has potential assets whose intersection points have not been fully determined. In this situation, humans are also the main component, more precisely as subjects who carry out and transfer different assets to the goal to be achieved. Hasibuan understands that human asset development is also a job to work on specific, hypothetical, or applied capacities and individual perspectives according to the requirements of the performance or position through instruction and preparation.

The enhancement of human assets for representatives is a regular cycle of learning and preparation to practice their skills and implementation in their current workplace and

prepare themselves for future work and obligations. what's more, carefully and methodically arranged using certain logical strategies to achieve authoritative goals.7

Management Strategies and Techniques Performed by Educational Institutions in Improving the Quality of Human Resources

The methodology and procedures for the management, which are complemented by Islamic educational foundations in working on the nature of HR, step by step, adjust the institutional design (projects and assets) with the scientific behavior of the local area to complete a predetermined presentation (execution). Every director, starting from the executor of the establishment, pioneers, teachers, and school staff in educational foundations must have a guarantee of the quality goals, ideals, and continuity of the program. The legitimate result of trying to work on the nature of training is that it requires a desire to expand the nature of every part of the school system, starting from human resources and as a material asset. With the ultimate goal to work on the nature of training, the instructive part of HR plays an important role in achieving the ideal goals, vision and mission, furthermore, the initiative of the instructive institution tries to concentrate entirely on HR administration related to the school area. In this educational institution, teachers and school staff as well as students and guardians of students and the region because only with the status of HR will want to run an educational foundation to survive and be able to work the nature of training in instructive organizations.8

Implementing human assets is one of the areas of general administration which includes parts regulating, compiling, implementing, and controlling. HR is considered increasingly important because in achieving the objectives of the authority, different meetings and research resulted in the HR field being deliberately pooled with the so-called human assets of the board. The term board has an important meaning as a variety of information about how to make HR due.9

KESIMPULAN

Based on the article above, it can be concluded several things as follows::

1. The human assets of the education and training administrators are people who work in a social/school environment (also called staff, work, workers or educators). HR is

human potential as the main driver of associations in understanding their existence.

HR training is a potential that is a resource and material/non-monetary within the school environment, which can be recognized as a real and non-actual potential (genuine) in understanding the existence of associations/schools.

2. Instructive administration is the work and study of supervision of Islamic training assets to achieve the goals of Islamic schools through methods involved with organizing, sorting, coordinating, and controlling Islamic training assets proficiently and thoroughly to achieve the goals of improvement, progress, and cyclical nature and outcomes of Islamic teachings. alone.

3. Islamic education foundations can be said to be respectable modern organizations because they carry out a dual mission, namely special and social benefits. Islamic Boarding School consolidates two angles, more specifically combining the perspectives of supervisors and pioneers depicted by Islam or infused with Islamic lessons and values. Some Islamic lessons and values related to improving the management's Islamic education include: Supervising Islamic schools begins with hope. Islam is a religion of noble purpose or work (practice). Work is love that must be accompanied by sincere hope because it seeks the pleasure of Allah.
