Seeing the phenomenon gave me an idea about how the process was related to the evaluation of the program produced by the village. The programs normally used by the village, mainly construction works, such as the construction of a football field, a volleyball court, the purchase of art, the purchase of the village health vehicle (mobile clinic) and toilet, etc. The purpose of the research was to analyze the potential of tourist attraction in Ponorogo regency.
However, it is negative in some respects, regarding the facilities and infrastructure of traffic and road, as well as the vehicle which is still limited and minimal. Has appeal in the form of natural objects, art and culture, legends, local culinary delights, etc., which should be developed as a tourist attraction; 3).
Bawean Island: The Potential for Ecotourism and Local Knowledge on Plant Diversity Supporting Ecotourism
The potential of plants that can be developed as raw materials to support ecotourism in Bawean was analyzed through the selection of the unique characteristics of the plants and their uses. Based on the place where the plants grow, the plants can be categorized as (i) the wild species and (ii) the cultivated species (Fig. 6). Kecipir Leguminosae Young fruits can be used for vegetable sources that can be easily fried or for soup.
This can be developed as a commodity as a traditional Bawean food that can be sold to support ecotourism in Bawean. Musa acuminata and Dioscorea hispida can be processed into crackers that can be sold to support ecotourism development.
Developing Marine and Coastal-based Sport Tourism on the Waterfront
The Case of Manado Waterfront, Indonesia
Proper management and development of marine and coastal sports tourism could make a significant contribution to both tourism and sports development in the region. The study of marine and coastal sports tourism in this study focuses on product development and diversification of a wide range of waterfront marine and coastal sports tourism issues. The city's waterfront as a tourist destination, as a tourism product and as a recreational space has contributed significantly to the development of marine and coastal sports tourism.
This also portrays the crucial role of coastal marine and coastal sports tourism in the socio-economic development of the region. Water-based sports reflect the lifestyle that has developed around the activity of marine and coastal sports tourism. Diving is a famous and commercial marine and coastal-based sport tourism in North Sulawesi that has grown rapidly in recent years.
It is an attempt to put together a study on marine and coastal based sports and tourism, which chooses the coast as. Marine and coastal sports tourism on Manado's waterfront has enhanced the city's reputation as a top tourist destination. An integrated approach between sports science and tourism creates the economic value of marine and coastal sports tourism in the water area as one of extreme importance.
This opens up a wide range of opportunities for marine and coastal sports tourism to diversify its products in terms of types of activities and services. The sustainability and future directions of marine and coastal sports tourism should become an important issue for both sports science and the tourism industry. In addition, there is a need for further studies and research on marine and coastal sports tourism for the sake of the development of sports science and the tourism industry, especially in less developed countries.
The Potential of Butterflies in Tourism Diversification Product: Case Study at Coban Rais Waterfall, Batu, East Java
The number of butterflies in sector 3 is much higher than others, even compared to sectors 5, which includes the location of the waterfall. However, because its size is very small (1 cm in length), in-depth identification by arrest or documentation is required. Cyrestis lutea is a butterfly of the family Nymphalidae and became the interesting object of observation of the mud pool activity.
Some butterflies are known to ingest organic material from the sap, rotting fruit and the liquid that comes from the shoot at this site. The possible reason for the least visits from the butterflies is that plants are not diverse, which reduces the chance of the continuation of the food chain cycle [12], of which the butterfly is a part. Butterflies in Coban Rais can generally be enjoyed all year round, but knowing the correct season can help visitors assess the status of butterfly diversity and the timing of their visit.
Coban Rais in the development of the butterfly as a tourism product requires a few things, especially sufficient human resources [17]. The existence of the officer that is specifically understood all wildlife behavior that is used as an object of attraction is very important, especially in the field of behavioral and ecological things. Coban Rais has a main route that needs to be maintained from the carrying capacity for the sustainable butterfly attraction.
The roadside grass should only be cut during the rainy season and not in sector 3, where there are many butterflies, to prevent damage to food plants or to kill butterfly larvae. Coban Rais as natural tourism is very sensitive to destruction such as landslides (Figure 10), floods or collapse of trees that cover the path. The development of butterflies as a tourist attraction in Coban Rais needs to be supported with human resources, especially with knowledge of the field and ecology of butterflies, and to improve visitor services.
Recent Status of Coral Reef Ecosystem in Penuktukan Bali, Indonesia: the Implication for Sustainable Marine Tourism Implementation
Recent status of the coral reef ecosystem in Penuktukan Bali, Indonesia: Implication for the implementation of sustainable marine tourism. Coral reef coverage in Penuktukan village was 56% in area A, 53% in area B and 56% in area C, indicating human impact on coral reef ecosystems. Seven coral forms, namely Acropora branching (ACB), Acropora tabular (ACT), Acropora submassive (ACS), coral massive (CM), coral submassive (CS), coral foliose (CF) and coral mashroom (CMR) were found in Area. A.
The percentage of coral reefs in the Penuktutan marine ecosystem indicates past human impact on the reef ecosystem, including tourism (Fig. 6). Increased coverage of coral reefs and their biodiversity will provide a spectacular underwater landscape for diving and snorkeling. Compared to the other dive sites, the diversity level of coral reefs in Penuktukan should be increased through several conservation programs including reef transplantation [11].
In the perspective of tourist satisfaction, the diversity of coral reefs provides the physical complexity that is important to increase the competitiveness of underwater destinations. Lack of understanding of fishermen about coral reef conservation and sustainable fishing becomes the limitation of coral reef conservation. The success of marine tourism in Penuktukan Bali is mainly related to the quality of the coral reef ecosystem.
Issue of maintaining and preserving coral reef should become the priority program for marine tourism development. Program must be paid to counter the illegal harvesting and other human activities, which area contributes to the coral reef degradation. Community-based tourism can be an effective strategy to involve community in coral reef conservation programs.
The Economy of Tourism and Its Impact to Other Sectors in Lampung Province
More specifically, the growing contribution of the tourism sector in Lampung will directly or indirectly stimulate growth and development in other sectors (given that the sector has a significant multiplier effect on the economy [9,10]. The development of tourism in Lampung illustrated by the development of the number of tourist visits ( table 1).In the analysis of the role of the tourism sector on economic performance in the province of Lampung, the final demand becomes an exogenous factor that promotes the creation of the value of the production of goods and services.
It is used to determine the role of the tourism sector in Lampung's economy as a provider of inputs and as a contribution of consumers. Analysis on the impact of development is the development of an index of direct and indirect links [11]. Based on the results of the analysis, a direct forward link of the tourism sector in Lampung consists of the sub-sectors Leisure, Recreation and culture as the main sub-sectors of tourism, and.
Therefore, the inputs needed in the production process are obtained from the production of the sector itself. This means that the sector is capable of increasing the growth of the upstream sector. Otherwise, the dispersion index of the sensitivity of the tourism sector (sub-sector catering, hospitality, leisure, recreation and culture, and transport) is < 1.
In other words, the tourism sector is less able to stimulate the growth of the downstream sector. Meanwhile, the results of the sensitivity analysis show that the distribution of tourism industry in Lampung can increase the growth of the upstream sector. While the tourism sub-sectors (restaurants, leisure, recreation and culture, transport and hotel) are less able to stimulate the growth of the downstream sector.
