Discussion

When a user writes a review that is longer than four lines, they cannot scroll through the review. When the user writes a review and wants to change the number of stars, the written review will disappear and he must rewrite the review.

Conclusion

After giving a review, the review written by the evaluator did not appear in the review list, even after the evaluator tried twice, the review still did not appear. Future research can use methods that have the same characteristics, so that the results of the comparison can be more accurate.

Exploring the Misalignment between Business and Information Technology on the Implementation of

Telecommunication Companies in Indonesia

Hardy Santosa Sundoro * School of Business and Management,

Harimukti Wandebori

Abstract

Introduction

The starting point of our study is that the mismatch factors between business and IT remain fragmented in the literature. In the literature, we found three main sources of misalignment between business and IT.

Literature Review

Therefore, to better understand the problem of enterprise IT, it is necessary to know the factors that cause misalignment between enterprise and IT. A company's pursuit of IT innovation can also contribute to a mismatch between business and IT.

Research Methodology

The company was considered suitable for the case study because IT became the core of the business. Triangulation of data or sources in this study will focus more on using different informants to show consistency in the misalignment factors found in the company.

Table 1. Interviewee information
Table 1. Interviewee information

Results and Analysis

As the number of IT employees in company B reaches 180 people, one employee can focus on his field. The misalignment factor of this study is supported by past research that has shown that the limited number of IT employees affects the business and the IT alignment process (Wang & Rusu, 2018). Therefore, the number of IT employees should be mapped according to the needs of the company and the required expertise of these IT employees.

This study's misalignment factor is consistent with previous research, which found that overpromising when starting IT project will cause the misalignment (Alaceva and Rusu 2015; Bloch et al. 2012;. In company A, the low perceived value of IT misalignment can cause between business and IT.

User Perception Analysis of Online Learning Platform “Zenius” During the Coronavirus

Pandemic Using Text Mining Techniques

Students' awareness of the possibility to evaluate learning strategies and learning outcomes is still low during online learning activities (Sa'dyah and Basuki 2020). In addition, the use of technology has been shown to aid curriculum design and delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic in Palestine, the experience of which may serve as a guide for online learning to support post-pandemic education in developing countries (Shraim and Crompton 2020). Online learning platforms are essential to provide good learning resources that are easily accessible to students.

Application reviews in the Google Play Store can be a source of text data to see how users of an online learning platform respond to the services that have been provided. The results of the study are expected to be useful to providers of online learning platforms and help them determine the priorities for service improvement.

Literature Review Text Mining

The final result is expected to define satisfaction scores for service aspects of the online learning platform and shed light on user perceptions. Negation words in the review text affect sentiment analysis results and are therefore excluded from the stop word removal process for tokens used in sentiment analysis. This study used topics generated by the LDA model as service aspects of the online learning platform.

Based on the results of the sentiment analysis, we defined user satisfaction in three levels (positive, negative and neutral). The level of user satisfaction with the platform's services was shown in a histogram.

Figure 1. Proposed Research Model
Figure 1. Proposed Research Model

Results Dataset

In addition, we read some of the most representative reviews to help identify the topic. Several user perceptions of the test service are given abstractly, as represented by baik (good), sosaian (suitable) and salah (incorrect). We used these weights to calculate the value of the proportion of keywords contributing to the rating text.

An evaluation was performed using a confusion matrix to assess the effectiveness of the SentiStrengthID algorithm. This can provide a broad overview of the level of user satisfaction with service aspects, described by the number of reviews expressing negative, neutral and positive feelings, as shown in Figure 5.

Discussion and Implications

Regarding the practical implications, providers have a good chance to provide excellent online learning platform services by extracting useful information from large amounts of review data to use as knowledge. Providers can periodically evaluate their online learning platform by exploring review data using text mining techniques. This study analyzed users' perceptions of online learning platform services as a learning resource in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, using text mining techniques.

The dataset was collected from Google Play Store reviews of one of the most popular online learning platforms in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the complaints also related to the difficult process of logging in and registering for accounts, which prevented users from accessing online learning platform services.

The diploma and transcript must be stored and saved in a digital environment to anticipate damage and loss of documents (Al-Bahri et al. 2020). IPFS and blockchain technology are also used to manage access control from distributed digitak files (Chen et al. 2017). Access control systems in distributed systems present their own challenges for implementation (Wang et al. 2018).

One technology that stores files in a distributed manner and can connect to the blockchain is IPFS (Kumar et al. 2021). In a research (Nizamuddin et al. 2019), IPFS and blockchain were created to store digital diploma files.

Figure 1. Architecture System
Figure 1. Architecture System

Results & Discussions

The diploma/transcript that is generated will be stored in IPFS and the hash will be stored in Blockchain. Users can download the diploma/transcript file through the File List menu as shown in Figure 6. If the diploma/transcript file is declared true, the system will display the hash of the diploma/transcript file as shown in Figure 8.

QoS testing is also performed using throughput parameters in the diploma/print validation process. Based on the tests performed, there is a delay in the process of making the diploma/print in Figure 12.

Memory usage analysis aims to determine the memory allocation to perform the degree/transcript creation process and the degree/transcript validation processes. The results of the analysis of the memory used in the process of making diplomas/transcripts can be seen in Figure 16. In this study, the QoS analysis of making diplomas/transcripts and the validation process for diplomas/transcripts was also performed.

Packet loss in the process of making diplomas/transcripts and validation of diplomas/transcripts is in the very good category. The delay in the process of making diplomas/transcripts and validation of diplomas/transcripts has a very good category.

In Indonesia, the development of virtual tour services is booming, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic (Kemenparekraf 2021). A government policy prevents people from traveling both domestically and internationally, with the aim of reducing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Traveloka, the leading online travel company in Indonesia, has partnered with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy/Tourism and the Creative Economy Agency (Kemenparekraf) to launch the Online Xperience service, which is a virtual tour innovation (Antara 2020) .

Literature Review Virtual Tour

Epistemic value refers to the benefits users feel when using a product (Sheth et al. 1991). With these characteristics, tourists can easily derive epistemic value from their experiences with virtual tour services (Caber et al. 2020). Technicality is an aspect of technology that is concerned with good performance during service delivery (Kim et al. 2007).

In the context of tourism, Schiopu et al. 2021) investigated VR reception of virtual tours during the current pandemic. This aspect is illustrated in the perceived cost variable, which apparently has a negative impact on technology adoption (Vishwakarma et al. 2020).

Figure 1. The Proposed Model Analysis
Figure 1. The Proposed Model Analysis

Result

This is in agreement with Disztinger et al. 2017), as they also found that accessibility did not influence the behavioral intention to use virtual tour services for travel planning purposes. Crucially, epistemic value can influence users' desire to use virtual tour services (Vishwakarma et al. 2020). This suggests that the effort a user expends in accessing virtual tour services may influence their desire to use them.

More specifically, respondents' desire to use virtual tour services was influenced by their quality and price. In other words, the desire to use virtual tour services may arise if individuals are already interested in the technology.
