Paper yang cukup menarik, akan tetapi kualitas gambar, Technical writing, dan tata tulis serta format masih banyak terdapat kesalahan. Banyak terms yang tidak tepat digunakan, sebagai contoh pada title “study analysis” adalah contoh replikasi yang tidak perlu.

2. Ruang lingkup dan kedalaman pembahasan:

Riset yang dilakukan menampilkan banyak aspek yang bisa diulas lebih jauh, akan tetapi tidak cukup banyak penjelasan dan analisa yang bisa secara ringkas di uraikan di dalam paper

Cukup baik. Metode dan data kurang terstruktur, Referensi hanya melibatkan 11 artikel.

Paper yang menarik, disajikan dengan cukup baik, isi jurnal sudah menerangkan tentang penggunaan plastic HDPE sebagai bahan kulit lambung kapal.

2. Ruang lingkup dan kedalaman pembahasan:

Artikel ini berisi pembuatan badan kapal dengan plastik HDPE. Hasil menunjukkan ada peningkatan dari kemampuan ampung dan stabilitas kapal. Meskipun demikian, pembahasan yang ditampilkan kurang sistematis dan tidak komprehensif. Tidak banyak referensi yang dicitasi dalam pembahasan.

3. Kecukupan dan kemutakhiran data/informasi dan metodologi:

Metodologi yang digunakan kurang terstruktur, data-data ditampilkan kurang rapi. Nilai novelty kurang, karena hanya melibatkan 11 referensi.

Kualitas penerbit terindek scopus Q3, dengan kelengkapan unsur yg cukup baik. Penerbit kurang memiliki reputasi yang tinggi. Nilai kemiripan artikel masih cukup baik yaitu 6%.

This research will study the application of HDPE plastic as a substitute for boat shell on catamaran vessels. The boat was built by traditional vessel craftsmen from Kebondowo Banyubiru. The purpose of this research is to look at the performance of catamaran vessels that include resistances, stability and motion of the vessel. Apart from these technical factors, a strength analysis of the keel profile of HDPE plastic coated wood was also carried out using BKI standards.The method used in this research is to look at the performance of the vessel in question based on differences in the value of the ratio of the distance between demihull and length of the vessel (s / L).

The stability value will be measured according to the IMO MSC 36 criteria (63) and the movement will be assessed according to NORDFORSK 1987. The results showed

that the smallest resistance value was obtained under conditions of the ratio of demihull distance s / L = 0.42, which is 1.19 kN. The condition of the stability of the catamaran and the motion in all variations has met all the predetermined criteria. The biggest rolling deviation occurs at heading 90 ° at 1.11 ° for vessels variation 1 (S / L 0.32), the biggest pitching at heading 180 ° at 1.09 ° for all variations of demihull distances on the slight medium wave, and the biggest heaving at a 180 ° heading of 0.214 ° for all hull distances on the slight medium wave. The addition of a layer of HDPE material to wood gives an average strength increase of 17 % for a ratio of h/b 1.5 and 8 % for a ratio of h / b = 2. The results of these calculations meet the strength criteria according to Rules BKI.

1. INTRODUCTION

Wooden vessels or boats that are generally traditionally built are still pretty much scattered in

various regions in Indonesia. Wooden vessels are identical to traditional vessels, where the

vessels are generally built based on traditions and knowledge given from generation to

generation. Wooden vessels are built for various purposes including transportation, fishing

This study reviews indicators of poverty and the government policies and

strategies to reduce and alleviate poverty in Jordan and investigate the effects of

information technologies (ITC) on the poverty in Jordan, Population growth rate, GDP at current prices, consumer price index, and human development index in addition to percentage of population use internet, percentage of export and import of ITC of the total trade are used as dependent variables. Data from different resource is collected from 1999 in which the internet started in Jordan till 2018 on the above-

mentioned variables. The results show that there are negative impacts of the percentage of population using internet on the poverty rate while there are positive effects of human development index and consumer price index on poverty.

1. INTRODUCTION

Poverty is a big obsession for governments as well as development policy makers as it is one

of the obstacles that face development and cause vicious circle, therefore no poverty, zero

hunger and good health and well-being are on the top of the 17 sustainable development in the

world which are set on 2015 to be intended to be achieved by the year 2030, however, those

goals across cutting and overlapping together and with other goals.

The government hospital buildings are exposed to many risks and fire accidents, which lead to many severe and fatal injuries every year. Fire risks are exacerbated by hospital proximity to flammable products and possible risks faced by many patients

with disabilities in the hospital. Therefore, proper management of fire safety in

hospital buildings is necessary to increase fire protection in preventing possible property damage, injury, and loss of life. It is imperative to improving the safety levels for patients and hospital staff. This paper is based on a primary literature synthesis to provide an overview of fire safety practices in government hospital buildings. Issues found through the synthesis will be used for future research if standard fire safety practice is to be established and propose appropriate fire safety plans for government hospital buildings. It will be used as a guide for responsible parties to periodically check on their fire safety standards in the government hospital buildings and ensure

correct decisions in place to prevent fire accidents from happening as one of the

imposed safety measures at the hospital buildings.
