Citations in other journals will only be performed with the English name of the journal, Quality-Access to Success, because in databases only the English version of the journal is indexed. The delivery of a printed copy of the journal to the address indicated by the author costs 25 EUR.
The abstract, which should not exceed 250 words, will contain brief but sufficient information about the article, emphasizing the originality of the approach in question. This is achieved by discussing the relevant primary research literature (with citations) and summarizing the current understanding of the problem you are investigating. Articles will be written in bold, Times New Roman, size 12, in Word format with the extension doc or docx.
Photos (black and white) will be sent in jpg format with 300dpi resolution, appropriate size. The work will be organized using numbered headings and subheadings to highlight important ideas in the content. Abbreviations and acronyms will be explained the first time they appear in the body text.
Conclusions can review the main points of the paper, do not repeat the abstract as a conclusion. A conclusion can elaborate on the importance of the work or suggest applications and extensions of the research. Necessarily written in English and includes only sources cited in the text, in Harvard style.
References in the text will be made in the form (name of authors, year of publication.). For the smooth running of the editing process (from manuscript receipt to publication), correspondence between authors and the journal staff regarding the status of the manuscript will take place immediately. If the response from the authors is delayed more than 30 days, the manuscript will not be considered for publication or, if the article has already been accepted for publication and the publication fee has been paid, the article will be rescheduled.

This working paper aims to demonstrate that repeating patterns can lead us to anticipate future events and make proactive financial and economic decisions to assess potential risks. In particular, on the basis of the studies of Mandelbrot (Mandelbrot, 1997), adopted and applied by the economist Taleb (Taleb, 2007), it has been possible to hypothesize the occurrence of improbable events, which can have a devastating impact. A fractal is a geometric object that repeats itself in the same structure at different scales and/or times, showing repeating patterns.
Objects with this behavior might look like man-made structures, although they are common in nature, such as: the arrangement of tree branches, the shape of a cauliflower, the surface of clouds, the path of a river, the structure of a galaxy, the shape of lightning. Since Mandelbrot's discovery, fractals have become a powerful new mathematical language, thanks to which it is possible to describe natural phenomena and solve real natural problems that were once sidelined. This modern mathematics uses information technology (Mandelbrot worked at IBM for decades).
Mandelbrot maintains, and research emphasizes, his theory of fractals, which are geometric figures that more effectively represent the complexity of nature (Mandelbrot, 2005). Fractals are geometric figures that can appear irregular because they cannot be traced back to the classical figures of Euclidean geometry. A fractal is a geometric object with an internal homothetic that repeats its shape in the same form at different scales.
In this way, the fractal can be used in the description of real natural events or objects. Moreover, the basic characteristic of the fractal figures is self-similarity: if the details are observed at different scales, it is always possible to notice some similarity to the original fractal. This research is proposed to be a qualitative and quantitative exploratory research because it starts from the recognized fractal theory and extrapolates it in the economic and financial field to prevent any future economic turmoil, by using macroeconomic data, financing programs and linking it to the public finance and financial risk management.
The research started from the obvious existence of fractals in everything that surrounds us and aims to show and confirm that patterns in economic life exist and can help, even become an important tool of financial decision makers. Fractals can enable financial professionals to be aware of or prepare for periods of cyclical recession. The research will use fractals to assess the economic growth of Romania and to present possible solutions to the risk assessment of a potential economic crisis.

Methods
Human-centered systems (Manokhina, 2014) constitute a special type of social systems, the artificial formations that are the result of conscious or unconscious design from both the outside and the inside. Society consists of the human-centered metasystems at a lower level, whose metafunctions are necessary and complementary. The first is the development of concepts that allow to examine the meta-substance of innovative transformations of society using the discrete event, network and logical analysis.
