Memastikan motivasi yang berkesinambungan bagi pegawai termasuk pejabat struktural di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Lubuklinggau. Salah satu cara memperoleh data adalah melalui studi banding terhadap anggota DPRD dan sekretariat DPRD yang mencakup Pemerintah Kota Lubuklinggau.

Pendahuluan

Istilah model respon pendengar dalam penelitian ini penulis ambil dari model respon pembaca yang merupakan hasil pengembangan model Louise M. Model respon pendengar merupakan suatu rancangan kegiatan pembelajaran sastra (folkloric) yang bersifat ditujukan pada peran pendengar dalam melakukan transaksi dengan karya sastra dalam resensi teks sastra.

Hasil Siswa Merespons Cerita

Jawabannya bermacam-macam, yaitu dengan menentukan gagasan pokok atau topik permasalahan yang diungkapkan dalam cerita, menentukan pesan cerita, menentukan tokoh yang layak ditiru dan tidak layak ditiru, menentukan makna kalimat dalam kalimat cerita, dan menentukan peristiwa dalam sejarah. ; Namun rata-rata nilai ulangan akhir setiap siklus pembelajaran siswa SLTPN 1 Lubuklinggau (72,49%) lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa SLTPN 2 Lubuklinggau (70,90%).

Guru baik di SLTPN 1 maupun di SLTPN 2 Lubuklinggau kurang maksimal dalam membimbing dan mengarahkan siswa untuk bekerja sama dengan baik dalam berdiskusi. Belum tersedianya sarana pendidikan berupa materi cerita rakyat daerah Sumsel di perpustakaan sekolah, baik di SLTPN 1 maupun SLTPN 2 Lubuklinggau, serta minimnya materi cerita lainnya membuat sulitnya menyediakan bahan ajar apresiasi. cerita sastra yang diperlukan. Kondisi pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan pada jam pelajaran sore meskipun dilaksanakan pada awal jam pelajaran masih dirasa kurang efektif, apalagi jika dilaksanakan pada jam pelajaran terakhir yang dijadwalkan, seperti pada SLTPN 1 Lubuklinggau pada siklus 3.

Jika kita simpulkan secara umum, faktor penghambat yang paling besar dalam pembelajaran Model Respon Pendengar yang dikembangkan di SLTPN 1 dan SLTPN 2 Lubuklinggau terletak pada penerapan metode diskusi yang digunakan.

Pemilihan Bahan

Tentu saja kondisi temporal dan lingkungan seperti ini kurang efektif untuk mendengarkan dan menyikapi cerita, lebih luas lagi untuk aktivitas belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, siswa kesulitan mengungkapkan jawabannya, sedangkan guru kesulitan membimbing dan mengarahkan siswa untuk mendiskusikan hasil jawabannya bersama-sama.

Pengembangan Model Respons Penyimak

Rekomendasi

Berdasarkan bagan model pelaksanaan pengajaran di atas, dalam pelaksanaan pengajaran model respon pendengar sekolah menengah evaluasi sastra cerita, guru melakukan hal tersebut berdasarkan bahan ajar. Bahan ajar cerita yang dipilih merupakan bahan ajar cerita yang diambil dari lingkungan budaya lokal yaitu Sumatera Selatan. Materi juga dipilih dengan mempertimbangkan alokasi waktu yang digunakan/dibutuhkan dan tetap memperhatikan strategi, kondisi dan prinsip dalam pengajaran evaluasi sastra cerita dalam Model Respon Pendengar.

Strategi, kondisi, dan prinsip pengajaran evaluasi sastra cerita dalam Model Respon Pendengar penting untuk diperhatikan dan dipahami oleh guru dan guru.

Saran

Hal ini mengakibatkan motivasi belajar siswa sangat lemah untuk mengikuti perkuliahan IPA dengan baik, apalagi jika didukung dengan perolehan bidang keahlian yang seringkali tidak sesuai dengan keinginan siswa, khususnya pada bidang teknik konstruksi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi pembelajaran dengan metode dan pendekatan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Dari hasil nilai akhir tes penguasaan konsep dan sikap peduli lingkungan, hasil belajar siswa mencapai ketuntasan.

Secara umum siswa merasa sangat senang mengikuti proses pembelajaran Energi dan Tenaga Listrik melalui pendekatan STM dan tertarik untuk mengikuti pembelajaran berikutnya.

PENDAHULUAN

Walaupun ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi tidak sama dan mempunyai kegiatan yang berbeda, namun ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sangatlah saling bergantung. Penggunaan pendekatan teknologi sains komunitas (STM) dalam pembelajaran IPA merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan minat siswa dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penguasaan konsep siswa, keterampilan proses, penerapan konsep, kreativitas, dan sikap peduli terhadap sains dan teknologi. sebagai kemampuan mengambil tindakan nyata dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat. Kurangnya perhatian guru terhadap berbagai permasalahan lingkungan yang timbul akibat interaksi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di masyarakat.

Melalui pendekatan STM diharapkan siswa SMK kelompok Teknologi dan Industri lebih siap menghadapi permasalahan tersebut secara positif.

Langkah-langkah dalam menganalisis data tes hasil belajar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Kinds of Novel

The novel proved to be a vehicle for communication both intimate (a novel could be read privately, while plays are always a public event) and public (novels are published and thus become a matter of public, if not nation, and vital interest). . ), a medium of a personal perspective which can draw the world into its perspective. This genre, like others, continues to evolve, recently moving away from stories with a religious or supernatural basis to those using medical or psychological ideologies. This genre, like fantasy fiction, is broad enough in definition that it is easily and commonly seen combined with other genres, such as comedy, fantasy fiction, realistic fiction, or action adventure.

A person with an explicit attitude is aware of it and how it dictates his behavior and beliefs. Social roles determine the behavior that a person occupying a particular position or context in society is expected to exhibit, while social norms define the behavior that is acceptable to society.

In addition, the sociological approach allows the researcher to apply these approaches to other fields of knowledge such as economics, history, anthropology, politics, culture, etc.
