Abstract

The control technology grows rapidly at the present, especially in the aeronautics field. This research deals with how the adaptive control technology solve the problems related to a usability, performance, robustness, and the time adaptability in the uncertainty conditions issues. The dynamic characteristics of the missile are modelled in Simulink which is limited only for 3 degrees of freedom in longitudinal section. The parameter values of missile will be inserted into MATLAB in order to obtain the dynamic equation in state space or transfer function at a certain operating point.

The transient behaviour of the system will be monitored as the disturbance applied to the system. In order to analyse the response of the system, the L1 adaptive control with PI controller is applied. This method can able to guarantee the better stability using Lyapunov analysis and abilities to perform the adaptation process immediately without losing robustness by adding a Low Pass Filter (LPF) on the algorithm architecture. The result of L1 adaptive control

performance will be compared to some other control methods such as Proportional-Integral (PI) control and Model Reference Adaptive Control (MRAC). © IAEME Publication.

ABSTRACT

The article describes the models and the conditions of conducting of form-building processes (FBP) for profiling of different micromechanical devices by means of local removal of silicon wafer or substrate materials.

The task of creation of micromechanical devices (MMD) and systems is very actual for creation of a number of breakthrough innovative products including independently operated micro-robots, pilotless vehicles, implantable medical sensors etc.

Development of micromechanical technologies and systems is included in the list of key technologies of Kazakhstan.

These methods determine the front of local etching, it is impossible to determine the

dynamics of the surface of the etching pattern from them. This is, at the first glance,

unimportant, but the development of a mathematical model that fully reproduces the

whole process of manufacturing the sensitive process (SE) for MMD. Knowledge of the

dynamics of FP of local removal of semiconductor materials allows obtaining optimized

technical characteristics of the converters (resonant frequency, sensitivity and

dimensions). In addition, the modeling of dynamics is of scientific value from the point

EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING METAL SURFACES WITH CONTROLLED

WETTABILITY AND THEIR EFFICIENCY ESTIMATION IN INSTALLATIONS BASED ON

LOW-BOILING-POINT WORKING FLUID

ABSTRACT

The work presents the research results of the influence of micro- and nano- laser- texturing on the wettability characteristics of various engineering materials' surfaces.

It is noted that this method for modifying functional surfaces is the most promising due to the potentially high creation speed, low amount of waste, single-stage processing, the ability to obtain the given geometric parameters of the pattern with high accuracy and reproducibility.

The authors show the results of the calculation and parametric studies of the efficiency of heat and power equipment operating on low-boiling-point working fluid.

The calculation results of the exergy efficiency demonstrate the efficiency increase from 2 to 10% when using modified functional surfaces of heat exchange tools due to a decrease in temperature pressure followed by a change in wettability characteristics.
