TENTANG
DOSEN PEMBIMBING LAPANGAN
PROGRAM PLP (PENGENALAN LINGKUNGAN PERSEKOLAHAN) SEMESTER GANJIL TAHUN AKADEMIK 2021/2022
FAKULTAS TARBIYAH DAN ILMU KEGURUAN INSTITUT AGAMA ISLAM NEGERI JEMBER DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA DEKAN FAKULTAS TARBIYAH DAN ILMU KEGURUAN,
Menimbang : a. bahwa dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelaksanaan program PLP (Pengenalan Lingkungan Persekolahan) Semester Ganjil Tahun Akademik 2021/2022 di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Jember, maka dipandang perlu membentuk Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan Program PLP (Pengenalan Lingkungan Persekolahan) Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Jember Semester Ganjil Tahun Akademik 2021/2022;
b. bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam huruf a, perlu menetapkan Keputusan Dekan Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Tentang Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan Program PLP (Pengenalan Lingkungan Persekolahan) Semester Ganjil Tahun Akademik 2021/2022 Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Jember;
Mengingat : 1. Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional;
2. Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Pendidikan Tinggi;
3. Peraturan Pemerintah RI Nomor 13 Tahun 2015 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 19 tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan;
4. Peraturan Pemerintah RI Nomor 4 Tahun 2014 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Tinggi dan Pengelolaan Perguruan Tinggi;
5. Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan RI Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Peraturan Menteri Riset, Teknologi, dan Perguruan Tinggi RI Nomor 44 Tahun 2015 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi;
6. Peraturan Presiden RI Nomor 142 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Jember menjadi Institut Agama Islam Negeri Jember;
7. Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan RI Nomor 50 Tahun 2014 tentang Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Perguruan Tinggi;
8. Peraturan Menteri Agama RI Nomor 6 Tahun 2015 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Institut Agama Islam Negeri Jember;
9. Keputusan Menteri Agama Republik Indonesia Nomor B.11/3/16679 tentang Pengangkatan Rektor IAIN Jember tahun 2019 - 2023;
10. Surat Keputusan Rektor Institut Agama Islam Negeri Jember Nomor B-248/In.20/KP.07.6/04/2019 tentang Pengangkatan Wakil Rektor, Dekan, Direktur, Ketua Lembaga, dan Wakil Direktur, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Jember Masa Jabatan 2019 – 2023;
MEMUTUSKAN
Menetapkan : DOSEN PEMBIMBING LAPANGAN PROGRAM PLP (PENGENALAN LINGKUNGAN PERSEKOLAHAN) SEMESTER GANJIL TAHUN AKADEMIK 2021/2022 FAKULTAS TARBIYAH DAN ILMU KEGURUAN INSTITUT AGAMA ISLAM NEGERI JEMBER;
KESATU : Program PLP (Pengenalan Lingkungan Persekolahan) merupakan kegiatan yang harus ditempuh oleh mahasiswa sebagai bentuk penerapan teori yang sudah ditempuh di bangku kuliah untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa menjadi tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan yang berkualitas;
KEDUA : Dalam rangka melaksanakan Program PLP (Pengenalan Lingkungan Persekolahan) sebagaimana pada Diktum KESATU, perlu menetapkan Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan (DPL) Pelaksanaan PLP (Pengenalan Lingkungan Persekolahan) Semester Ganjil Tahun Akademik 2021/2022 di Instansi/Sekolah/Madrasah yang tercantum dalam Lampiran yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Keputusan Dekan ini;
KETIGA : Segala biaya akibat dikeluarkannya Surat Keputusan ini dibebankan pada DIPA IAIN Jember Nomor 025.04.2.423786/2021 Tahun Anggaran 2021;
KEEMPAT : Keputusan ini berlaku sejak tanggal ditetapkan dengan ketentuan apabila dikemudian hari terdapat kekeliruan dalam penetapan ini akan diubah dan dibetulkan sebagaimana mestinya.
