tercantum dalam Lampiran Keputusan ini.Bantuan sebagaimana dimaksud pada diktum PERTAMA Keputusan ini bersumber dari dana Bukan PNBPITB.
Keputusan ini berlaku sejak tanggal ditetapkan sampai dengan diterbitkannya keputusan penerima
