KKN PPM Dissemination and Outreach to the Community Anti-Drug

ABSTRACT
KKN PPM program objective is to provide insight to junior high school students about drugs and its effects. The program is carried out in SMPN 8 Singkawang through socialization and counseling. There are three things to be done to optimize this service activity. Sosialiszation iwill be given in order to provide information about various drugs and counseling to avoid drugs in order to avoid the impact of which is not good.
INTRODUCTION
Distribution and behaviors associated with dangerous addictive substances are now more visible in the daily surface Indonesian society. It has become a fact that drugs are all around us. The drug has penetrated into all walks of life. Drugs overlooked profession. Many of the Artist, Student, Employee, Housewife, Student, and so forth are also involved in both their drugs as a user or a dealer.
Various drug cases such as in reports by some media, almost every day the police take care of the problem drug users and circulation. Between Kalbar print media carried stories (October 20th, 2017) reported BNN has secured Drug Dealers in Singkawang. Starting the new year 2018, Elshinta.com (January 1st, 2018) reported the Police Narcotics Singkawang said 39 cases involving adults and children, both men and women. More news from Merdeka.com (January 2nd, 2018) wrote that the three girls and two boys involved in drug cases.
Drug trafficking carried out with advanced techniques has penetrated throughout Indonesia. Can be said to change the mode of the syndicate, in which a special type of psychotropic no longer imported but the dealer prefers to make a factory to manufacture its own. Procurement of raw materials, compounding, to the recruitment of the related division of labor in producing the drug really well planned.
The critical role of the police in its task of combating drug-related crime should be backed up by good although the numbers are still rising cases. Support is needed from all elements of society, including educators.
Drug trafficking often happens that there is perceived market even extends to many areas, both in major cities and in remote villages. Singkawang is one of the citiesden targeted widen that use and dissemination of drugs.
So that the crucial role that Force Drug Unit Bekasi police seemed to be the key to the successful handling of various cases of drug abuse in the region throughout the Indonesian Police. Each policy in
2 handling drug cases, which is owned is certainly expected to be a good policy in handling cases. But there are still high rates of drug-related cases that there is certainly going to make the police increase efforts through policy way or another beyond existing policies (fixed procedure).
Drugs are a major problem for the nation that is related to the younger generation successor to the nation. Schools as an educational institution became the main container and it is important to provide knowledge understanding, anticipation, and prevention of the drug which is very disturbing society.
Through service learning activities, anti-drug programs can be done through awareness and education about the dangers of drugs.
This program is realized through the method of SP (socialization and counseling). The process of delivery of content is done through two stages. Submission in the classroom directly. Submission in this class is intended to provide an understanding relating to the definition and types of drugs and their effects. The next action is the delivery of the material on the response to the anti-drug and socialization on peers and the wider community. This will involve the submission of the relevant parties to get an idea of socialization through peer counseling. Students who have the knowledge, ability, and power to help peers given education and training to promote the dangers of anti-drug.
METHOD
This program is realized through the method of SPP (socialization and counseling) is through direct dissemination in the field. the purpose of this assistance is certainly to prevent and anticipate the spread and use of drugs. Here are some of the operational steps taken to address these issues such as:
a. Coordination with schools, police, and BNN b. Observations to School.
c. Socialization and education.
d. To evaluate the implementation of service learning activities during the implementation of KKN PPM PPM
PPM service learning program in schools was conducted in a limited time span. Referring to the schedule in Table 2 that the KKN PPM will be carried out for 6 weeks. Devotion for 6 weeks is comparatively quite short. However, despite the comparatively brief period of implementation of these service activities is needed. Sustainability service activities must be carried out.
Sustainability devotion is a form of the seriousness of the servants with the School. The seriousness can be seen through a good discussion with schools in Singkawang. In addition, there should be a forum of scientific socialization with teachers Singkawang on anti-drug socialization. To further optimize these activities need to hold Singkawang City Department of Education. The ultimate goal is for teachers to be the main instrument to enable students to become students understand and have the knowledge to anti against drugs so they can maintain the security of the nation from the negative.
DISCUSSIONS AND RESULTS
The following is the result of performance KKN PPM program socialization and anti-drug counseling to the community are:
a. Community School that students have an understanding and knowledge of the anti-drug.
b. The creation of a healthy younger generation, strong and intelligent.
c. Results of this program can be created and published articles

CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION
A. Conclusion
The socialization and anti-drug counseling can provide insight and knowledge on the dangers and prevention of drugs in society. Furthermore, the anti-drug socialization and can be done through social media.
B. Suggestions
Socialization and anti-drug counseling can involve pupils and students as anti-drug ambassador.
Following that, they can be given the skills to promote and provide education about the anti-drugs.
