Following your accepted submission for Presentation as well as inclusion in the conference proceeding of the 2

International Conference of Contemporary Affairs in Architecture and Urbanism, ICCAUA 2019, which will be held in Alanya HEP University, Alanya , Turkey, during 9-10 May 2019. I would like to share some important notes with you:

*The deadline for submitting the full paper is 09 April 2019.

*The paper should not exceed more than 5000 words.

* Please, check the paper template to follow the same for your full paper.

* Virtual presenters may send us “PowerPoint presentation” maximum two weeks before the event.

* You may start to finalize the registration in order to secure your place for the conference. (The deadline for early bird registration is 09 March 2019). For more info, please see:

* You may contact directly with the manager of hotel (The Lumos Deluxe Resort Hotel) to book your room for the conference days maximum one month before the conference (please don’t forget to mention the name of conference to get the discount. 1. There are two airports near Alanya that are 1: Gazipaşa Airort and 2: Antalya Airport. In both cases, the best economical option to reach the Venue of the conference is to use “7/24 Transfer Alanya” in this case, just contact with them and send them the flight number and information of your arrival they will come to pick you up from the airport (by Shuttle service) just with

approximate price of 10 Euro (Shuttle price) . To be in safe side you may contact with them again

just before your flight to remind them about your flight. They are 24 hours available to answer any

*The deadline for Early Bird registration extended until 09 April 2019.

*On 14^th of April, we will send you the Abstract Book of the Conference (first draft) to get final confirmation before sending to the printing office.

*We will release the CONFERENCE PROGRAM maximum two weeks before the event.

* If you haven’t reserved the hotel for your accommodation, please contact urgently with the manager of hotel (The Lumos Deluxe Resort Hotel) to book your room by referring to the name of conference to get discount- Bearing in mind the location, facilities, price and quality of the hotel we highly recommend to consider the venue of the conference which is The Lumos Deluxe Resort Hotel for your accommodation).

To be able to release the conferee program it is highly requested from all the authors to fill the following questionnaire until Wednesday 25^th of April 2019. Per each paper, it is required to fill JUST ONE questionnaire separately.

Updated Notes:

* Opening ceremony will be on 9^th of May at 10:00 am . In this regard, the registration desk will open at 8:30 am up until 9:30 am of the same day (Wednesday 9^th May 2019) so you can collect your materials before starting the opening ceremony.

We have had a successful organization for ICCAUA2019 conference here in Alanya on 9-10 May and all the participants was happy about the

organization a. In this regard, on behalf of the organizing committee of the conference at Alanya HEP University, I would like to thank you all for your amassing work and support.

-We are waiting for the remained 5 authors to get final edited version of their “full papers” maximum on 25 May 2019. Accordingly, we will send you all the conference “full book proceedings”.

-On 30 May 2019 we will announce the selected papers to publish in the mentioned journals (the selected papers for the journals after getting approval from the authors will be exclude from the conference full paper proceeding). It means that the selected papers for the journals must be published in just journals (If the author accept) to be in the safe side from ethical point of view. In this case, we will contact directly with the authors of selected papers.

-The one who get best paper award during the conference, doesn’t mean that their paper will publish in the journal. The reviewers of the

journal will decide about the publication in their journals.

-I will send the photos of the conference for the Oral presenters within a week.

-I will also share with you the virtual presentations in PowerPoint format ASAP.
