This manuscript deserves to be published with a few notes:

1. Writing an abstract from this paper must be rewritten because it needs to follow the rules for writing an abstract. The composition of the abstract must contain at least a related Purpose, Design/methodology/approach, Findings, and Originality.

2. At the beginning of the paragraph in the "Introduction" section, it is immediately explained what this article is about so that readers can instantly find out the contents of the article, after that the conceptualization used is presented, and so on.

3. Please add the formulation of the research problem and the conceptual framework of the research at the end of "Introduction"

4. In the "Introduction" section, it is necessary to explain previous research or similar research that has been conducted and published and describe the research position of the authors. It is essential to show the part of the research carried out by the authors.

5. In the discussion and conclusions section, it is adjusted to the formulation of the research questions that have been expressed.

This paper lacks a clear statement of problems and novelty, which hinders its ability to make a significant contribution in the field. Authors must clearly articulate the research problem and highlight unique aspects of their study in order to address gaps in the existing literature.

Without a solid foundation of research problems and novelty, the paper's overall impact diminishes. The methodology section lacks strength and requires theoretical justification.

The research instrument used in this study lacks robustness in terms of validity and reliability.

Authors must provide a detailed description of the steps taken to establish the validity and reliability of their research instrument used in the study. This is important to ensure the credibility and accuracy of research findings. Some of the citations are incorrect, and the references are not fully written in the proper format.

The topic is generally important, but its relevance to educational context needs to be explored more. Because it is targeted to wider, international readers, the author should explain which one of Indonesian education systems this discussion largely represent: religious (under MoRA) or non-religious (under MoECRT). What it was written in the intoduction seems to mix up the two, for example in this phrase "the education system in Indonesia, with its centralized governance and rigid curriculum standards". This might be relevant to the religious system, but not to the other system because school administraton and governance has been decentralized for two decades. I didn't see any literature basing such argument.

The author also need to justify why higher education matters in promoting tolerance or religious moderation, why not lower education levels? As scholars, the author must not take any government policy for granted. There should be points to be questioned as to what are the theory of change of such religious moderation program? What are the expectations to be achieved for students, lecturers, or the community at large? Why IAIN Ponorogo is so important in this case? What does it communtiy look like, both on campus and outside of campus? What impacts does this RMB program will have on them?

Another point to be addressed is the analysis. The paper is overly descriptive so that it leaves almost no room for more insightful analysis. The author will need to work more for this part. If

I were the author I would describe the way the university developing the curriculum more briefly in a separate section and then dedicate other sections of findings to describe informants' experience in undertaking the curriculum implementation: how the students learning looks like in the class, what problems discussed in the PBL settings, what new experience and impression lecturers and students feel, does it give meaning to them, what implication would it have to the community, etc. The readers need to learn these insights more than mere information on procedural aspects of the curriculum. Last but not least, please be mindful of technical terms that may need more explanations, perhaps in footnotes.
