Supplementary Table 2. Gene predicted scores and IBD literature: We used the final models to
classify a list of 16,390 genes. Each model produced for each gene a score (range 0-1) that can be used to prioritize it according to its predicted association to IBD. IBD genes that were used to train and test the models are marked (knownIBD). A combined average of the scores was also calculated.
The number of IBD related publications found for each gene is specified, with high scoring genes without publications representing novel IBD risk gene candidates. This tables includes only the high scoring genes (combined model score>0.8). The full list of genes with their corresponding scores can be found online.
