The CSC – Specialist Version 2.0 comprises four scales and 18 items.
Response options are listed below each item. Each item includes the following seven options:
Never (N)
Rarely – less than 10% of the time (R)
Occasionally – about 30% of the time (O)
Sometimes – about 50% of the time (S)
Frequently – about 70% of the time (F)
Usually – about 90% of the time (U)
Always (A)
Ten items also include Not applicable and/or Not sure options.
