Jesus now rules over his kingdom – the church – which is a spiritual, not worldly, kingdom. The Holy Spirit revealed to us through the word – the Bible – the things that God has prepared for those who love Him (1 Cor. 2:9-10).
FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRAYER
He asked the Father to bless them and protect them, and he prayed for their unity. In this solemn and beautiful prayer Jesus prayed to the Father for himself, for his disciples and for future believers.

SOME EXAMPLES OF MUSIC IN THE OLD TESTAMENT
At the very beginning of the Bible, a descendant of Cain invented musical instruments – the harp (a stringed instrument) and the organ, pipe or flute (wind instruments). In the days of the Israelite kings, singing and musical instruments were used in the worship of God.
MUSIC IN THE NEW TESTAMENT. The instructions to the churches in the New Testament regarding music are very specific
There are very few references to music in the New Testament, but the instructions to the churches are specific and limited to singing. Although God allowed musical instruments in worship in Old Testament times, these instruments are not allowed in the New Testament church.

EXAMPLES OF GIVING IN ORDER TO PREACH THE GOSPEL
Although Paul defended his right to receive support from the Corinthians as he preached and worked among them, he had not accepted any wages from them. According to Paul, the Macedonians had provided for his needs while he was in Corinth (2 Cor. 11:9). Although Paul had the right to receive support from the Thessalonians, why did he not require them to help him?

A widow (one in need) should not be supported by the church if she has what.

THE FIRST LORD'S SUPPER
EXAMPLES OF THE NEW TESTAMENT CHURCH OBSERVING THE LORD'S SUPPER
If we do not discern the body of the Lord (the church, the congregation of Christians), we eat and drink something for ourselves. The Corinthians did not properly distinguish between the consumption of the Lord's Supper and the communal meal. Because of their improper way of keeping this memorial, judgment was imposed on them and many were weak, sick, and asleep (v. 30).
These Corinthians were chastened (punished, judged) by the Lord for their improper observance of the Lord's Supper to restore them to proper worship so that they would not be condemned with the world (verse 32).
PAUL’S FINAL ADMONITION TO THE CORINTHIANS
In a dignified way - testing oneself, meditating on the sacrifice of Jesus (1 Cor. Discernment of the body - respect for the assembly. The Lord's Supper is therefore a memorial that we Christians celebrate every first day of the week in memory of the death of Jesus Christ.

PREACHING THE GOSPEL TO THE WORLD
Even when Paul was a prisoner, the Lord told him where he would testify. Paul said that he and the other apostles spoke the wisdom of God which was planned before the world was created. How can we call on the Lord and believe in Him if we have not heard of Him - who is needed.
How successful were the apostles in preaching the gospel to the world in the first century.
EDIFYING (BUILDING UP) THE SAINTS 1. Paul's message to the Ephesians
The writer of Hebrews encourages us to consider one another to do what. Jesus instructed his disciples to preach the gospel to the world, beginning in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria. The apostles did as Jesus commanded, and about thirty years after Jesus' ascension, Paul said that the gospel had been preached to every creature.
God planned before he created the world to save the world by preaching foolishness. The Holy Spirit revealed the mind of God to the apostles, who then preached and recorded the wisdom of God's word. The feet of those who bring the glad tidings of the word of God are thus called beautiful.
In addition to preaching the gospel to the world, preaching and teaching includes building or building the church.

THE GREATEST COMMANDMENT
Neither tribulation, distress, persecution, hunger, nakedness, danger, nor the sword can separate us from the love of Christ. What cannot separate us from God's love in Christ (God's love revealed in Christ's gift to redeem us).
LOVE: MAN'S PART
The Corinthians had received spiritual gifts (the miraculous gifts of the Holy Spirit), but they did not always use these gifts (the miraculous gifts of the Holy Spirit), but they did not always use these gifts appropriately, and some complained that they had not received the greater or higher gifts . He continued his discussion of spiritual gifts, explaining their temporary nature and the superiority of love (1 Cor. 13). The spiritual gifts that helped instruct and guide the early church were to continue until God's complete (perfect) will was revealed, then they would pass away.
God loved man so much He sent his only Son into the world to save man from his sins. Jesus, the Son, loved the Father so much He came to earth to do the Father's will. Jesus loved man so much He died on the cross, willing to be the perfect sacrifice for sin in order to save man from his sins.
Man's love for God, the Father, and Jesus Christ, the Son, is shown by obedience to their commandments.

Instead of adorning herself in an outward way (elaborate hairstyle, jewelry, fine clothes), what will be more likely to convert her husband.
When Jesus was asked by the Pharisees if it was lawful for a man to divorce his wife for every cause, he quoted Genl. According to Paul in his letter to the Ephesians, why should children obey their parents.

Girdling the loins refers to the practice of tying the long, flowing clothes that people wore in early times with a belt when they were about to start a journey or start some work. Roman armor was a piece of metal that covered the body from the neck to the thighs. Justice is the quality of being fair or just; it is the sum total of God's demands.
The greaves were made of copper and fitted to the leg from the ankle to the knee. The Roman shield was either one that was circular about three feet in diameter, or one that was four feet long and two and a half feet wide. The Roman helmet was a cap made of thick leather or copper to protect the head from blows.
The regular weapon of the Roman soldier was a short sword used for close combat.

Agathosune – moral quality of being good; sincerity of heart and life; honorable, acceptable to God; doing what is good and useful for others, sometimes expressed in a stern way. Jesus gave us an example of doing something good and useful, but in a strict and harsh way. Also, a Christian must be faithful to his own word and promises, to his neighbors and friends, and to his family.
Christ is the perfect example of meekness and submission, yet determination for right and truth. In his first letter to the Corinthians, Paul compares the Christian life to running a race. Although there is no limit to the number of winners in the Christian race, each must run as if he were the only one who would win.
What quality in all is necessary for one who runs a race and competes for the prize.

Rahab did not perish with the rest of Jericho because she did it in faith. OTHER GREAT CHARACTERS OF FAITH were Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel and the prophets. - THE MANNER OF JESUS' COMING
- THE RESURRECTION OF THE DEAD
- THE SPIRITUAL BODY
- THE NEW HEAVENS AND NEW EARTH
In this message to the Thessalonians, Paul deals only with the righteous living and the righteous dead when Jesus returns. The righteous dead shall rise first; then the righteous who are alive will be caught up with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and be with him always. As long as the seed remains in a container, it appears to be dead, but when the seed is planted in the soil, it first decomposes and then grows.
When Jesus comes again, He will come in the clouds and every eye will see Him. All in the graves will hear his voice and come forth - those who have done good to the resurrection of life, while those who have done evil to the resurrection of condemnation. The righteous who died in Christ will rise first; then the living righteous will be taken away with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the sky and to be with Him always.
Only the Father knows the day and hour of Jesus' second coming, and he will come as a thief in the night.
