Abstract
This final project aims to find problems in the process of loading and unloading of oil palm shell commodities at the Tanjung Buton Industrial Port. To find what needs to be prepared and the obstacles that occur during disassembly. The method used for data collection is the method of observation carried out in the field directly, the method of interviews or interviews addressed to related parties in the process of loading and unloading services, as well as the literature study method used by researchers to collect data from various sources. The place of this research is at the Tanjung Buton Industrial Port which I carried out from April 2021 to August 2021. The results of this research are the loading and unloading services for palm oil shell commodities at the Tanjung Buton industrial port have not been running well because there are several obstacles, such as lack of tools at the industrial port of Tanjung Buton. when loading and unloading oil palm shells so that it hinders loading and unloading activities, bad weather at the time of loading and unloading oil palm shells so it cannot be forced, because it can cause accidents at work.
