a. Fresh Graduate from D3/S1 Chemical Engineering/Textile/Industrial Engineering b. Male, 22 - 28 years old
c. Willing to be placed at Kaliwungu, Kendal
d. Physically and mentally healthy and willing to work in a manufacturing environtment e. Strong Leadership
