D. Marketing Plan
Our marketing strategy is aimed at customers who prioritize sustainability and ethical sourcing. Our sales model is B2C by selling on ecommerce (the site for Germany, example register as a seller on Amazon.de). However, it is also possible to do B2B by sending emails to companies that import oil, especially in Germany as our export destination.
We plan to advertise our sustainably sourced palm oil through targeted digital advertising, industry publications, and attending relevant trade shows and conferences. Our goal is to establish ourselves as a trusted and transparent supplier of sustainable palm oil.
E. Sales Plan
We will offer discounts for bulk purchases and loyalty programs for long-term customers.
To generate leads and drive sales, we will utilize social media, do emotional and trendy ad copywriting. Our experienced sales team will focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular communication, such as providing insights on how a housewife can run a cake selling business using quality palm oil ingredients from PT KLP 10.
We set up responsive customer service and can communicate in German, as well as, respond quickly to customer questions and concerns.
In addition, we will offer a smooth ordering and shipping process, ensuring fast and efficient delivery of our products to customers. The projected sales revenue will help sustain our operations, contribute to sustainable economic and community development, and create jobs for locals.
F. Exit Strategy
Our long-term goal is to build a successful and sustainable business that will endure for many years. However, we are also aware of the importance of having an exit strategy in place for the future. We believe that one potential exit strategy could be to seek acquisition by a larger company in the industry. Alternatively, we may consider selling the business to a potential buyer or passing it along to a family member or employee if we believe they have the skills and resources necessary to continue its success. Whatever our eventual exit strategy may be, we are committed to ensuring that we maximize the value of our business while also ensuring that our customers and partners are well taken care of throughout the transition process.
