• Evaluasi adalah suatu tes atau tingkat kegunaan dan/atau fungsionalitas system yang dilakukan di dalam laboratorium, di lapangan, atau di dalam kolaborasi dengan pengguna.
• Evaluasi merupakan bagian dari sistem manajemen yaitu perencanaan, organisasi, pelaksanaan,
monitoring. Tanpa evaluasi, maka tidak akan
diketahui bagaimana kondisi objek evaluasi tersebut dalam rancangan, pelaksanaan serta hasilnya.
