The regulations of the National Development Planning Ministerial Decree of Indonesia, as ordered by Presidential Decree No. 1/2014, are crucial in determining the direction of the country. Its tasks include developing comprehensive policies and strategic orientations, as well as responding to challenging strategic issues, encouraging national collaboration, and approving the implementation of strategies. This effort is closely linked to Indonesia's 2045 vision, a long-term development strategy based on four main pillars: Human Development and Mastering of Science and Technology, Equitable Development, and Strengthening National Resilience and Governance

In the context of global technology advancements, Industry 4.0 brings to the forefront topics such as Connectivity, Data and Computational Power, Analytics and Intelligence, Human-Machine Interaction, and Advanced engineering which have far-reaching ramifications across the industry. Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a key player, referring to the ability of machines and computer systems to replicate human intellect in areas such as logical thinking, learning, and problem solving. AI has a different function in healthcare, which is defined by eight main concepts: machine learning, pattern recognition, natural language processing, computer vision, decision support systems, medical robots, prediction and prevention, and personalized care.
The history of artificial intelligence in healthcare is an exciting one, beginning in the 1950s with the invention of text-to-speech technology and progressing through milestones like as the introduction of deep learning in 2000 and the debut of DeepQA technology in 2007. With the launch of the first FDA-approved deep learning application in 2017, 2017 was a watershed moment. These advances have prepared the path for the incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) into different elements of health care.
AI has found applications in diagnostics, medical imaging, pharmacy, new drug development, hospital information systems, medical research, wearables, virtual aid, nutrition planning, mental health treatment, emergency room management, and surgical procedures.
The benefits of AI in health care are evident, allowing for more accurate diagnosis and treatment planning, predictive analysis, novel medication discovery, virtual assistant services

and chatbots, and the automation of administrative processes. However, concerns about privacy and data security, potential bias in data, the need for greater openness, legal complexity, and the requirement to raise understanding and awareness in the field all pose difficulties to the use of AI in healthcare.
