Assalamualaikum Wr. Wb.

Praise be to Allah SWT who has given blessings to be physically and mentally healthy so that the proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Management Sciences 2021 (7th ICoMS) have been arranged. Shalawat and greeting for our Prophet Muhammad SAW who has brought us from the path of ignorance to the era of light.

This proceeding is a collection of scripts for the 7th ICoMS 2021 event with the theme

"Strengthening Sustainable Creative and Innovative Business Development". The

7th International Conference on Management Sciences 2021 held on August 25-26, 2021.

This event covers several focus areas in Management including: Marketing Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship, and Information System Management. All submitted manuscripts have been reviewed by reviewers in accordance with their respective fields of expertise.

Our thanks for Dr. Gunawan Budiyanto as Chancellor of the Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta who has given full support so that this event can be carried out. Abstract:

COVID-19 as global pandemic which lead to multi-dimensional crisis is parenting quality for protecting the children form the damaging effect of crisis. This article is an attempt to examine impact of psychological maturity and personal financial management on parenting quality. This article is based on quantitative study with cross- sectional perspective and involved 296 young family as respondents from all-over Indonesia. The collected data was structured and analyzed by PLS based Structural Equation Modelling for statistical testing. The result explained that psychological maturity influences parenting quality indirectly. By influencing personal financial management, psychological maturity impacts on parenting quality. By developing personal financial management, the family will be able to provide parenting quality for protecting the children during Covid-19 crisis.
