SECOND AMENDMENT OF

THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE NUMBER 80/M-DAG/PER/10/2014

CONCERNING

COOKING OIL REQUIRED IN PACKAGING

UPON GRACE OF THE ONE ALMIGHTY GOD

THE MINISTER OF TRADE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering : a. that in order to support the Producer, Packer and Business Actor in complying with the obligation of trading cooking oil by using packaging, it is necessary to amend the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 80/M-DAG/PER/10/2014 concerning Cooking Oil Required in Packaging, as has been amended with the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 21/M- DAG/PER/3/2015;

b. that based on the consideration as meant in letter a, it is necessary to determine the Regulation of the Minister of Trade concerning Second Amendment of the Minister of Trade Number 80/M-DAG/PER/10/2014 concerning Cooking Oil

Required in Packaging.

18. Regulation of the Minster of Trade Number 80/M- DAG/PER/10/2014 concerning Cooking Oil Required in Packaging, as has been amended with the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 21/M-DAG/PER/3/2015;

HAS DECREED:

To determine : THE SECOND AMENDMENT OF THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE NUMBER 80/M-DAG/PER/10/2014 CONCERNING COOKING OIL REQUIRED IN PACKAGING.

Article I

The provision of Article 12 in the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 80/M-DAG/PER/10/2014 concerning Cooking Oil Required in Packaging, as has been amended with the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 21/M-DAG/PER/3/2015, is amended and reads as follows:

Article 12

(1) The Producer, Packer, and Business Actor in trading Cooking Oil, which is produced from:

a. Palm raw materials, should comply with the provisions of Article 2 and Article 3 of this Regulation of the Minister commencing 1 April 2017; and

b. Other vegetable raw materials, should comply with the provisions of Article 2 and Article 3 of this Regulation of the Minister commencing 1 January 2018.

(2) Particularly the small and medium / household business scale

Producers who trade Cooking Oil produced from other vegetable raw materials, should comply with the provisions of Article 2 and Article 3 of this Regulation of the Minister commencing 1 January 2019.

Article II

This Regulation of the Minister commences applicable on the date of enactment.

So that it is known by everyone, the enactment of this Regulation of the Minister is instructed with its placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
