Es ist beschlossen das die Nomination angenommen wurde und Heinerrich Hohlt alls Trustee wieder erwählt wurde. Auch ein neuer Candidat H Brehob wünscht Mitglied zudie=
sen Verein zuwerden. Für unter suchung Fred Gurbe August Masch- meyer und Karl Hoeltke. Es ist beschlossen das der Nächste Beitarg geschenken wurde. Für Bücher unter suchungs Committee wurden folgen- de ernant W. Brehob W. Westerfeld
und Fred Wegehoft.

Fifty first year, sixth regular business meeting. The meeting was called to order by the president, last meeting’s minutes were read and approved.
Illness committee reported the following members ill: Fred Stickan, two weeks, Fred Rosebrok, one week, Heinrich Hohlt, five weeks and Jacob Off, four weeks. It was decided to accept Heinrich Hohlt’s nomination for trustee and he was elected for this position at this time. H.
Brehob submitted his request to join the society. The following members were appointed his character examination committee: Fred Gurbe, August Maschmeyer and Karl Hoeltke. It was decided not to charge the next members’ dues. W. Brehob, W. Westerfeld and Fred Wegehof were elected to be the book keeping examination committee.
At this point the meeting was adjourned.
