A motion was made to instruct Ed. Hohlt that he try and give Tenplemeyer’s und Walter Stumph’s mortgages over to the Home Loan Bank. Motion granted.
The motion was made and approved to pay Ed. Hohlt his wages of $25 00 for the previous year.

The motion was made and granted to suspend Art. 1 of the by-laws until May 1 – $5 00 dollar application fee for new members between the ages of 21 and 35 and $10 00 application fee for new members between the ages of 35 and 40.
The motion was made and granted to have one keg beer at the next meeting.
