Zwei und fünfzigster Jahrgang siebte regelmäβige Geschäftsversammlung.
Die Versammlung wurde durch den Präsident eröfnet und das Protekol von der letzten Versammlung sowie der Jahres bericht wurden Verlesen und an=
genommen. Verhandlungen.
Kranken Kommitte Bericht.
Hermann Hohlt wurde 2 Wochen, Christ Heberli 2 Wochen, Sam Bernhart 5 Wochen, Friedrich Wm. Pieper 1 Woche und Fred Archill 2 Wochen Krank. gemeldet. Der Kanidat Arthur
Lentz wurde Einstimmig in den Verein aufgenommen. Ein Komitte bestehend aus den Beamten wurde ernant um nach ein neues Versamlungs lokal umzusehen.
Ferner wurde angenommen das der neue
Schatzmeister ein Bankbuch der German Investm.
and Cicurty Co. vom alten Schatzmeister übernehmen solle und fals dadurch ver=
luste entstehen die selben vom Verein getra=
gen werden sollen. Als Barnsmann für den Schatzmeister wurde Wilhelm Brehob ange=
nommen. Beschlossen wurde das der Schatz=
meister sich eine Bank Box Renten sol auf kosten des Vereins zu welcher auch sein Barnsmann zutrit hat. Als Kranken
Kommitter wurden ernant. Wm. Schlensker Christ. Haeberli Oscar. Freund. Jakob Off. und Arthur Lentz. da weiter keine Geschäfte vorlagen folgte
Vertagung.
Beschlossen wurde das die Trustee $13. 34 an den Schatzmeister zurük bezahlen damit
seine Bücher mit denen der Seckritärs ü stimmen Hierauf folgte Vertagung.

Indianapolis, January 5th, 1919
Fifty second year, seventh regular business meeting. The meeting was called to order by the president, last meeting’s minutes and the yearly report were read and approved.
New business
Illness committee reported the following members ill: Hermann Hohlt, two weeks; Christ
Heberli, two weeks, Sam Bernhart, five weeks; Friedrich Wm. Pieper, one week and Fred Archill, two weeks. The candidate Arthur Lentz was accepted in the society unanimously. A committee made up of the society officers was instructed to search for a new meeting location. It was also agreed that the new treasurer take over the account with the German Investment and Security Co. from the previous treasurer. Should this cause any losses they will be borne by the society.
Wilhelm Brehob was appointed as the treasurer’s ready cash man. It was decided that the treasurer will rent a bank deposit box at the expense of the society and his ready cash man will have access to it as well. The following members were elected as the new illness committee:
Wm. Schlensker, Christ. Haeberli, Oscar Freund, Jakob Off and Arthur Lentz. As there wasn’t any
more business to discuss at this point the meeting was adjourned.
It was decided that the trustees will pay back $13 34 to the treasurer so that his records match those of the secretaries.
