Es wurde beschlossen das die Trusties neue Bonds wieder stellen sollen.
die Geld angelegenheit von Wm Doere wurde den Trusties überlassen
Auch wurde beschlossen das Mitglied Hermann Karttmann auf Unbestimte Zeit zu Suspendieren. und das der
Sekretär ihnen dieses Schriftlich mittheile
Ferner wurde beschlossen das der Verein für jedes Mitglied einen Rink kaufen werde. Zum zwek als Mitthülfe der Hülfs bedürrftiegen in Auslande.

Forty seventh year, ninth regular business meeting. The meeting was called to order by the president, last meeting’s minutes were read and approved.
New business:
The illness committee reported the following members sick: Aug. Mashmeyer and Fritz Achhill, four weeks each; Henry Hohlt, Karl Weghorst and George Ott, one week each. It was decided to have the trustees issue new bonds. They will also deal with the monetary affairs of Wm. Doere.
Also, we decided to suspend Hermann Karttmann from the society indefinitely. The secretary will issue both members written notices about it. Additionally, it was decided the society will purchase a ring for each member for the purpose of adding support to the people in need abroad. The president and the secretary were elected as the committee in charge of this.
At this point the meeting was adjourned.
