Sixty first year, ninth regular business meeting. The meeting was called to order by the president, the minutes were approved as well as read.
The following members were reported ill: Christ Schlensker, three weeks, $12 00; Christ Heberly, four weeks, $16 00; Henry Losche, five weeks, $20 00; Julius Rumbel, four weeks, $16 00; Joe Sugar, four weeks, $16 00 – total of $80 00 sick benefits paid. The following candidates to join the society were presented: Fred Rosebrock, Herman Rosebrock, Wm. Brehob, Jr. and Arthur Blum. Wm. Hohn, Sr., an Fred Weghöft and Albert Brehob were appointed as the character examination committee for Hermann Rosebrok, Fred Rosebrok and Wm. Brehob.
Harry Schwab and Wm. C. Meyer were appointed as the character examination committee for Arthur Blum.
At this point the meeting was adjourned.
