wurde durch den Präsident A. Brandt eröffnet. Das Protokoll der letzten Versam- lung wurde angenommen wie verlesen.
Der Krankenbericht lautete W Brandt war krank 3 April bis den 22 Apirl und am 22 April gestorben.
Fritz Hafer war krank vom 24 April bis
den 8 May. Diese Bericht wurde angenommen und zur Zahlung angewiesen.
Hierauf folgte der Jährliche Bericht des Schatzmeisters und Finanz Sect. und der Trusties. Diese Berichte wurden sämtlich angenommen und zu protokolieren
und lauteten wie folgt.

was opened by the president, A. Brandt.
The minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as read.
The sick report reported W Brandt was sick 3 April through the 22nd of April and died on 22 April.
Fritz Hafer was sick from 24 April through the 8th of May. This report as accepted and deferred for payment.
Hereafter occurred the yearly report of the Treasurer and Finance Sect. and the Trustees. These reports were altogether accepted and logged
and ran as follows.

Es wurde beschloßen das wier die Bonds.
des Schatzmeisters und der Trusties wieder von derselben Companie erneuern laßen und die Rechnung von 2.00 und 12.50 und 10,00 für Quitungs Bücher wurden angenommen und zur Zahlung anegwiesen Es wurde folgende Beamte für das
nächste Jahr erwählt.

It was decided that we will let the bonds of the treasurer and trustees be
renewed from the same company and the bill of 2.00 and 12.50 and 10.00 for receipt books were accepted and deferred for payment The following officers were
elected for next year.
