Die Versamlung des Heimats U. Vereins wurde durch den Prasedent F. Behret eröffnet. Das Protokoll der letzten Versamlung wurde angenommen wie verlesen. Das Kranken Co. berichteten folgende Midglieder krank
Paul Dux war krank vom 10 April
bis 9 May und zu 3 Wochen Unterstützung mit 15.00 berechtigt.
Carl Heger war krank vom 12 April
bis 26 April und zu 1 Woche 5.00 berechtigt und wieder gesund. E. Pottmann vom 16 April – 30 April und zu einer Woche 5.00 Unterstützung berechtigt und wieder gesund. A. Brandt war krank vom
5 April bis den 26 April und zu 3 Wochen 15.00 berechtigt und wieder gesund Otto Noffke meldete sich krank am 27 April bis den 11 May und zu 1 Woche 5.00 berechtigt und noch krank.
Hierauf folgte der jährliche Bericht des Schatzmeister des Sect. und der Trusties Dieser wurden samtlich angenommen zu protokolieren der Bericht des Schatzmeisters und des Finanz Sct. lauteten wie folgt

The meeting of the Heimats U. Verein was opened by the president F. Behret.
The minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as
read. The sick committee reported the following members sick Paul Dux was sick from 10 April
unti 9 May and is entitled to 3 weeks sick pay with 15.00
Carl heger was sick from 12 April
until 26 April and is entitled to 1 week 5.00 and is healthy again. E. Pottmann from 16 April – 30 April and entitled to one week 5.00 sick pay and healthy
again. A. Brandt was sick from
5 April until 26 April and entitled to 3 weeks 15.00 and healthy again.
Otto Noffke reported himself sick on 27 April until 11 May and entitled to 1 week 5.00 and still sick.
Hereafter came the yearly report
of the treasurer, the sect. and the trusties.
These were altogether accepted to log them. The report of the treasurer and the finance sect. ran as follows

Es wurde samtliche Beamten wieder erwählt Henry Walters als Trustie auf 3 Jahre. Es wurde folgendes Com. ernannt die Bücher zu untersuchen. E. Schwier Henry Hohn und W. Albke.
Es wurde ferner beschloßen den Uberschluß von unsere Stiftungs Fest den Herrn
F. Meinberg zu schenken als Anerkennung seiner treuen Dienst für den Verein.

F. Meinberg in recognition for his loyal service to to Verein.
