Illness report: Wilhelm Büscher, five weeks; Wilhelm Hohlt, five weeks.
New business: It was agreed that the officers remain in service for another year. diedrich Rosebrock was elected to replace Erl Minger with the trustees.
At this point the meeting was adjourned.
