A letter was reev.d tram a newly constituted church at the Fish Pool, praying admitance into the associa- tion, which was cordially agreed to, upon which the messengers, Joshua M'Cally,E.Applegate & Squire Davis, were Recv.d by the right hand of fellowship, & took their seats.
The circular letter written by Elder B. Allen was call.d for, read, and after same discussion adopted.

Saturday half after 9 O'Clock A. M. met and after praise & prayer proceeded to business.
The report of the committee was call.d for, read recv.d and the committee discharged.
Agreed that Brethren In.o Scott, Warren Cash, Daniel Walker, A. Nuckols, In.o M'Guire & William Rice make their own selection, so that four of them occup,y the stage to day.
The next association to be holden at Salem Meeting house, Shelby County, on the first Friday in Sep- tember 1828.
Agreed that the Saturday before the first Sunday in November next be set apart as a day of thanks giving
to the Lord for the wonderfull displays of his Grace lately in many parts of the world, in turning many, yea verry maIlY' from darkness to light.
Agreed that union meetings for the ensueing year, be as follows-- 5th Sunday in the present month &
two previous days, to be at Louisvill- the 2d to be at Shelbyvtll - the 3d to be at Fox Run - the 4th to be at KiDg8 - - & 5th at Eighteen Mile- the following Brethren agreed to attend at Bruners Town, in the ensueing year- Elder D.
