Das Verein welcher von Will.
Aebker u. F. Rennegarbe unter einige Personen in Vorschlag gebracht wurde, erklärten sich dieselben den genannten Verein organisieren zu hälten.
Die Organisation fand statt am obergenannten Datum, u.
wurde folgende Herren als Beamten auf die Dauer von 6. Monaten gewählt.
1. Wm. Behrens als Präsident, 2. Wm. Stickan ,, Vice ,, 3. F Rennegarbe ,, Secretair
4. Wm Strangmeier ,, Schatzmeister 5. Wm Aebker + Herm. Behrens als Colectors
Nach der Organisation dieses Vereins eröffente der Präsident Herr Wm Behrens die Versamm lung, und wurde danach wie folgt verhändelt.
Die Name, welchen dieser Verein führt, heißt “Alte Heimath”
Das Zweck dieses Vereins ist nur für Vergengung, Suche Consti tution u. s. w.
Die beiden Collectors Wm Aebker + Herm. Behrens sind nur dafuer ge wählt, in Falle ein Mitglied Krank
ist, oder durch andere besondere Amstände nicht in Hand ist, an der Geschäfts
versammlung theilzunahme, so sind

The Verein, which was suggested Will.
Aebker and F. Rennegarbe, among others,
explained itself as that which the named Verein will be organized by.
The organization [of the Verein] occurred on the above-written date, and
the following men were chosen as officers for the duration of 6 months:
1. Wm Behrens as president 2. Wm Stickan ‘’ vice ‘’
3. F Rennegarbe ‘’ secretary 4. Wm Strangmeier ‘’ treasurer 5. Wm Aebker + Herm. Behrens as collectors
Following the organization of this Verein, the president,
Mr. Wm. Behrens opened the meeting which occurred
as follows
The name, which this
Verein uses is “Alte Heimath [Old Home]”
The goal of this Verein is only
for brain-storming, writing a constitution and so on.
The two collectors, Wm Aebker + Herm. Behrens are only chosen in the occasion that a member is sick, or through another circumstance, is absent from the business meetings. Such are
