1st. The Association being thus organized private ballot was held for the choice of Moderator and Clerk. Elder G. B. Foley was chosen Moderator and J. C. Westerfield Clerk.
2d. Corresponding letters were called for-Received one from South Union, by her Messengers Felix Foley and Hezekiah McKeehan- Their next Association will be held at Good Hope, Campbell County, Tennessee, on Friday before the 4th Saturday in September, 1865- Received one from Cumberland River, by Elders R. J.Shadowen and G. Bolen. '1'heir next Association to be held with Mt. Pleasant Church, Pulaski County, Ky., on Friday before the 1st Saturday in September, 1865-Received one from North Concord, by her Mesenger Elder J. N.
Maddocks. Their next Association will be held with Brush Creek Church, Knox County, Ky., on Fridav before the 3d Saturday in Sep- tember, 1865.
3d. This Association will hold their next session with Rough Creek Church, Laurel County, Ky., on Friday before the 1st Saturday in October, 1865.
4th. Brethren Henry C. Harman, C. W. ,Jones and Thos. Box were appointed to write to corresponding Associations.
5th. Brethren Hugh Sturgeon, W. C. Brummet and J. M. Bolton with the Moderator and Clerk were appointed a committee of arrange- ments. Adjourned until 10 o'clock Saturday.

1st. The arrangement of the committee was called for, read, and received.
2d. Elders J. Woodall, George Bolen and George Brock were a.ppointed and requested to preach to-day, and Elders J. N. Maddocks,
&. J. Shadowen, George Bolen, H. D. Harman and G. B.Foley were requested to preach on,sunday.
