Oil Level Monitoring
The system records (data log) the height of the oil level every 10 minutes (can be adjusted to customer needs).
Data results will be updated to the registered database to be integrated with the monitoring system.
The system will also record the oil tank filling history by following the filling procedure Oil Man/FOG will access the display and select the tank number to be filled with oil.
Then a Pop Up will appear where FOG must fill in ID/Name/Badge No, then the type of oil that will be filled in.
Oil Man/FOG will access the display and press the finish button as an indication that oil filling has been completed.
The system will record oil filling results data and then it will be stored in the data log.
The system also updates the database that has been determined as integration data with
the monitoring system.

Oil Transaction Procedure:
The operator accesses the "Oil Dispensing" Menu on the Display, then selects the Hose Reel Number / Type of Oil to be used.
A pop-up window or display screen will appear where the operator must enter the ID/Name/Badge Number and Unit Number as the identity of the PIC that dispenses oil and the unit that receives oil.
After the data is input, the system will open the solenoid valve according to what the operator expects, and the system will read the amount of oil released.
The operator will access the display and press the finish button as an indication that the Oil transaction has been completed.
The system will record data on oil transaction results and will then be stored in the data log.
The system also updates the data base which has been determined as
integration data with the monitoring system.
