This significant project is built on the premise that successful interdisciplinary evangelism and church growth begins with the help of many professors and friends. Some aspects are still part of the portrait of this project that help me see clearly how evangelism and church growth are so important to the Vietnamese Baptist Church in Dalton, Georgia, and to all Christians.
INTRODUCTION
Towns, “The Relationship Between Church Growth and Systematic Theology,” Journal of the Evangelical Theological Society 29, no. When the ten plagues and the crossing of the Red Sea will prove God's power, the Bible says, "The Egyptians will know that I am the Lord" (Exodus 7:5).
Generation
One of the 1.5 generation who succeeded in the medical business in Dalton is Dr. Phuong Kim Pham says: “The main reason why I love my children is because when I was young I didn't have a chance to enjoy my childhood. PROJECT DETAILS
Four objectives formed the foundation of the course.1 The objectives covered the scope of the ministry project to convince the congregation of its importance. I have invited all members of the FVBCD church to help my project in developing an evangelism and church growth strategy. The participants received an overview of the fifteen-week workshop at FVBCD and handouts of the schedule of evangelism and training for disciples.
An Evangelism Sermon
During the fifteen weeks of training, we explored the chronological order of the development of a disciple of Christ. Additional help included enlisting group leaders to help discuss the previous session. The relationship of Jesus with his disciples is not only for a certain period of life, but for a long duration, even to the end of the world.
What Is Evangelism?
Personal Evangelism
The participants had to focus on sharing the gospel wherever they found lost people—the street corners in the town, the river bank, at their homes and even in the prisons. This pattern was seen on the day of Pentecost when the believers were filled with the Holy Spirit and came out into the streets to proclaim "the power of God" (Acts 2:1-11). A concern for the gospel cannot make believers indifferent to the cry of the lost for help with social problems.
Who Is a Disciple?
Understanding the demographics of the Vietnamese population in Dalton, Georgia, serves as an encouragement to witness from a compassionate conviction. Although this definition applies to areas beyond religion, this question was categorically related to the use of the word "disciple" in the Bible. To conclude this session, I reinforced the main point of the opening sermon: Jesus commanded the believers: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit: teaching them to do all things that I have commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the world.
Where Were the Disciples?
God's disciples must see themselves as people in whom the Holy Spirit dwells. Jerusalem.10 They focused on three questions: (1) Why are there so many Vietnamese living in spiritual darkness. 2) How could they personally become a disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ. A disciple has the ability to help more people know God and thus becomes part of a line to the end of the world.
What Do Disciples Do?
God's disciples are pioneers in learning to lean on God, knowing the limits of their own strength and understanding. God's faithful disciples are committed to working in harmony in God's service. God's disciples must pray from the heart for ready obedience under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
What Was the Role of the Disciples?Role of the Disciples?
He was then called Paul, his pagan name, and he wrote most of the New Testament. Disciples must rely on the Lordship of Jesus and the peace of the Lord (Isaiah 9:7) to have the power of God. Disciples need to know that Jesus is the main object of the entire Bible (Luke 24:46-47).

Believers should use several different methods to share the gospel in the community, such as energetic preaching, fellowship with the church, or meeting the social needs of the community. Studying the scriptures will lead believers to share the gospel directly with friends who may not hear all of the believer's reflection, but will still learn more about finding the truth of life through Jesus Christ. Jesus went through the crisis of the cross on behalf of sinners so that they could be changed.
Disciples and Prayer ReflectionPrayer Reflection
Participants received a reminder of the Lord's message of salvation to us in the verse from Acts which says: "Men and brothers, children of the generation of Abraham, and everyone who fears God among you, to you is the word of this sent salvation" (Acts 13:26). An example of the need for prayer is some Vietnamese people who were separated when they came to the United States. Coleman.14 This book has six chapters: "The Vision to Fulfill," "The People to Win," "The Community to Nurture,".
Paul gave the church a concise plan for discipleship in 2 Timothy 2:2: "And the things which you have heard about me among many witnesses, these you entrust to faithful men who will also be able to teach others." The class received an overview of how to start and maintain a discipleship program in the church. The good things entrusted to you are preserved by the Holy Spirit who dwells in us." The term "things" sums up all Christian teachings and their benefits for God's people. The Acts of the Apostles clearly states that it is God's plan to bring the good news to everyone person; it can be done in step with the work of his disciples in the church.
The session ended with a reference to the ten-point discipleship plan and witnessing practice sessions. Jesus' last earthly words repeated the same commandment to bear witness to the gospel (Acts 1:8). This love leads us to reach out to the lost, present the gospel to them, and see some of them saved.

This project provided discipleship training to meet the need to expand the church's knowledge of church growth in a way that could be applied and practiced. For the FVBCD training to be a means of change, not only for the participants in the project, but also for everyone in the church, open-minded innovators are required. I believe that many others in the FVBCD membership will be motivated to share as they see their friends become effective witnesses, and I hope they will also be motivated by the excitement and joy that comes when unbelievers respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
PROJECT EVALUATION
The first goal was focused on leading participants to a better understanding of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20). The extremely high attendance rate reflected the church's sense of the importance of the project. The biggest weakness in the implementation of the evangelization strategy came from the limitations in the church itself.

Does your church plan worship services and other activities to reach minority populations in your community? Is your church adequately communicating and successfully reaching the younger populations in your church and community?
