This building is located in front of the Faculty of Engineering at UI Campus Depok. Every undergraduate student who is in the UI Depok dormitory has the right to stay in the dormitory for one year (1st and 2nd semester). The symbol of the Universitas Indonesia Student Association (IKM UI) is the Makara Universitas Indonesia with the inscription IKATAN KELUARGA MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS INDONESIA in black.
The requirements to become a member of the DPM UI are regulated within the IKM UI laws. Chairman and vice-chairman of BEM UI are directly elected as a couple by members of the IKM UI in a general election of Universitas Indonesia. Submit application through the Head of Faculty with a recommendation from the Associate Dean of Student Affairs. A notification letter from the Faculty's Associate Dean of Student Affairs to the Directorate of Student Affairs. Every student enrolled (participating in academic activities) at Universitas Indonesia for each current semester will also be registered as an insurance member of PT.

FTUI Doctoral program was officially opened in 2000 with the opening of the Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering Doctoral program followed by the conversion of the Opto-electrotechnics and Laser Application study program into the Postgraduate Program of FTUI. The curriculum structure for the doctoral program in all courses is the same, they are distinguished only by their codes for the research component. Periodic Research Group Seminar is an early research activity in the Doctoral Program in Research, in which students conduct literature review related to the materials for their research. The ultimate goal was for students to gain a state-of-the-art understanding of their research topic and to determine the knowledge gap previously unexplored at the international level for further research in their doctoral program.

The publication is required to declare the Universitas Indonesia Faculty of Engineering as one of the relevant institutions. The graduation exam is conducted by the Promotion Exam Committee which is appointed by Rector's Decree based on the proposal of the Head of the Department and the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Universitas Indonesia. The Promotion Examination Committee consists of: (a) Promoter and Co-Promoter, (b) Examiners, (c) at least one examiner from outside Universitas Indonesia.
In special circumstances, an expert from outside the academic community may be invited to the group of examiners. The advancement exam is led by the head of the committee of examiners, who is also a member of the committee in addition to the promoter/co-promoter and the external evaluator. If the head of the panel of examiners is absent, one of the members of the examiners' team may take his/her place.
The locations for these workstations are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Engineering Center building. Research resources, including consumables and research tests as part of thesis and dissertation writing, are the responsibility of the student. Each proposer must be the first author of the article and include affiliation with an institution in Indonesia.
