Project implementation plan is a document that gives an overview of the procedure and process that will be carried out for the next three years in this project (January 2012- December 2014). INTRODUCTION

Communication will be conducted informally as well as meetings planned by the UCCR coordinator team in Bandar Lampung. Working with the UCCR coordination team, Mercy Corps will act as a supervisor to ensure the success of the project. STAKEHOLDERS AND COMMUNICATION STRATEGY

STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE
Solicitations can be conducted in several ways depending on the type and value of goods/services to be purchased, as well as considering the time frame available for purchase. Document purchasing / "single source" purchasing must go through the process of purchasing goods and services even though there is no competition because there is no supplier or seller who can provide the desired goods or services at that time. INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

If the majority of schools in the area of Bandar Lampung are interested in it, there will be a request to apply UCCR as a local subject in the curriculum of schools in Bandar Lampung. In addition to creating a success story documented in the implementation of module UCCR, Bandar Lampung City Department of Education must also communicate with the Ministry of Education and Culture which will be followed by several meetings (hearings) with DPR before it is approved. Synergies between the modules and other environmental education materials in Bandar Lampung can also be driven by the University of Lampung, local NGOs and the Department of Education.
This means that local governments will always be involved in all planning done by the central government, which can be an avenue for the city of Bandar Lampung to make the UCCR module as a national-level module. Lampung Province Establishment Office, Lampung Provincial Health Bureau, Lampung Province Education Department, Lampung Province Forestry Department, Lampung Provincial Environmental Management Bureau and Disaster Management Bureau Bandar Lampung City and Lampung Province, Ministry of Hygiene Bandar Lampung City, Bandar Lampung Social Services, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Forestry, Bandar Lampung plantation; they can be managed in schools through sectoral programmes.
