The company has an AMDAL document, which consists of a main environmental impact analysis report (ANDAL), an environmental management plan (ERP) and an environmental monitoring plan (ERP). The company complies with RSPO requirements regarding the replanting process and the rehabilitation and compensation process. The company had a land dispute resolution mechanism outlined in the SOP for Handling Differences of Opinion with the Community and Ownership Disputes (SOP- Leg-03, Issue 01, dated September 1, 2015).
