Bumi Palma Mill receives FFB from non-RSPO certified grower namely PT Agrotunggal Jayamandiri and PT Kharisma Riau Sentosa Prima. CH made a plan to identify the growth by creating a program, namely traceability to the plantation. The mill will need to develop a plan to ensure that smallholders and outgrowers are connected to a certifiable standard, but in the 3 years since outgrower FFB was incorporated into Bumi Palma, the implementation of the certified standard has not yet been implemented.

After consultation with stakeholders (Suhada Village, Bagan Jaya Village, Sanglar Village and Pembenaan VIllange), there is no indication that the company is using mercenaries/paramilitaries in the area of operation.
