Available EIA documents, as approved by the Central EIA Committee, wrote to the Department of Forestry and Plantations, No: 242/Menhutbun-II/2000, on March 23, 2000. The company has completed social impact studies, but until the implementation of Stage-1 is still in draft. Based on the plantation development realization report, socialization of new land opening has been carried out in July to September 2010 for Bonti and Kembayan sub-districts, and the unit has carried out socialization of new land opening in March 2011 (Sedae, Canal, Mua, Kampuh and Tapa sub-villages).

Have good communication with the company and there is no problem since 2007 (first came to this village). There is no forced or forced labor in the company on days off. The company will maintain a relationship with the gender committee to prevent harassment or violation of women's rights.
