Abstract
Indonesia has 442 GW total of potential renewable energy equivalence which can be used for electricity generation.
However, the energy utilization in 2018 is only 8.8 GW or 0.019% of total potential renewable energy, while the biggest renewable energy potential is at 207.8 GWp. By also considering the growing number of household customers, utilizing the rooftop as the base of solar power plant generators can be an effective and efficient solution.
The purposes of this research are to technically design and analyze the household-scale rooftop solar power plant potential with an on-grid system. Through the utilization of PVSyst 6.43 software and a variety of main components, this household-scale rooftop solar power plant potential performance planning is expected to generate 4.23 kWh / kWp per day. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2020.

Abstract.

1 Introduction
The demand for electricity has always grown from time to time compared to other energies.
The electricity demand is projected to meet 2.214 TWh in 2050, or it can be said that the demand will increase for about 9 times from the electricity demand in 2018 in the amount of 254,6 TWh. The growth rate of electricity demand may reach an annual average score of 7%
over the 2018-2050. The electricity demand during the projection period is relatively common with the largest portion of the household sector, industrial sector, commercial sector, transportation sector, and other sectors. The share of household electricity sector will increase from 49% in 2018 to 58% in 2050. This condition is primarily affected by the household growth number which may increase from 67 million in 2018 to approximately 80 million in 2050 [1]. To meet the electricity demand which has increased 9 times from 2018,

Abstract. The aim of the paper is to analyse peculiarities of building an environmental tax systems, examining the level of their convergent (divergent) relationships. Main contribution of the paper lies in testing of the hypothesis of existing convergence processes in architecture of environmental tax systems of European countries (as the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Latvia, Lithuania and the Czech Republic) on the basis of panel data analysis for the set of European countries using the regression model in Stata 12/SE and MS Excel. Testing the hypothesis about the existence of convergence in construction of environmental tax system of the above mentioned European countries was realized on the base of analysis of coefficients of panel data regression analysis (both fixed effects and random effects models) – for beta convergence and variation coefficient – for sigma convergence. Such parameters as environmental tax revenue (for air pollution) to general tax revenues ratio, %; environmental tax revenue (for water pollution) to general tax revenues ratio, %; environmental tax revenue (for waste management) to general tax revenues ratio, % were chosen as measures of environmental tax system characteristics. Empirical research results confirmed hypothesis of the presence of β-convergence and σ-convergence in the context environmental tax systems of chosen countries.
1 Introduction
The development of world economic relations over the last few decades has been accompanied by a radical transformation of business conditions. Thus, in particular, the strengthening of integration processes and liberalization of commodity and financial markets have led to emergence both positive changes (intensification of cross-border trade, supranational cooperation in the fight against global threats, rapid development of spheres and branches of national economy) and negative consequences (exacerbation of global problems, especially of environmental ones; increasing the scale and dynamics of crisis processes and their rapid transmission; increasing competition in various traditional and non- traditional sectors, etc.).

Abstract. Stories of climate change and its impacts on human life that have been reported in various media supports arguments that it is largely man- made. In many Indonesian communities, however, this disaster that alters cultural, social, and economic environment is often viewed as a natural phenomenon. This paper analyzes expressions of the experiences of local Indonesian inhabitants and media reporters using discourse analysis. The selected texts in the reports mostly focus on expressions concerning how the inhabitants dealt with the ever-increasing tidal flood that engulfed their dwellings and communities. The analysis reveal that stories on their experiences contain words and themes representing their views of natural phenomenon that created memories of the past and uncertain plans for the futures. Different types and class of words they express not only represent grieving for loss of livelihood, but also, more importantly, embody efforts to make the best of what is left, including changing the inundated district into a tourism site.

1 Introduction
One of the most important international stories in recent decades is climate change and its impacts on human life that has been productively narrated in various media. Most experts attributed this drastic environmental transformation to man-made global warming, creating images that shape cultural, social, and political and economic discourses [1].
The local communities, however, are not necessarily concerned nor aware of such agreements and efforts. They are focused on their local daily survival facing the unstoppable calamity, because they do not see any direct impact of international cooperation on their lives, due to the gap between narrative of the policies with various efforts and the ongoing disaster affecting their lives and livelihood [2].
Indonesia is one of the countries hit the hardest by climate change, producing discourses of regularly occurring disasters. However, for the severely affected local Indonesian

Abstract. An integrated circuit (IC) that can be programmed to perform a series of functions to control a range of electronic devices is a microcontroller. What makes the microcontroller special is that it is programmable. In this article, we're going to try to rely on the mbed platform, the most common open source microcontroller development platform; we use completely homomorphic encryption in a binary number ring to ensure the data protection feature. Let us compare the time it takes to perform encryption and decryption on a Visual Studio С ++ and a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Nano kit microcontroller. Experimental results show that the device can complete a fully homomorphic encryption in a binary number ring in 64.2 microseconds, which is reasonable in a real application scenario and illustrates the feasibility of implementing a more complex cryptographic system using a microcontroller.
1. Introduction
Microcontroller can be easily adopted in various applications with a variety of peripherals due to its merits of small size, simple architecture. One kind of microcontroller with an open source platform is the BLE Nano Kit [1-2]. The smallest BLE production board on the market is the BLE Nano.
In short, due to its low cost, cross-OS scalability, open source and easy use features, BLE Nano Kit has a wide developing future [3-4]. As a consequence, on this framework, different multifunctional applications can be created. The aim of a scientific article is to perform on the microcontroller of the BLE Nano Kit on a Windows block cipher and modern cryptographic algorithms on the mbed platform and Visual Studio C++, such as completely homomorphic encryption in a binary number ring. The execution time of various algorithms in the microcontroller and the personal computer is then compared.
As follows, the rest of the paper is organized. In Section 2, we summarize the key features and applicability of a binary number ring for both block cipher and completely homomorphic encryption. We present the running time of various algorithms in our microcontroller and PC (personal computer) and problems in Section 3, as well as address the adoption of the strategy. Finally, we are reporting the final findings of the paper in Section 4.
