Sesuai Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“BEI”) No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 berlaku tanggal 1 Oktober 2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi dan Surat Edaran BEI No. SE-00003/BEI/05-2020 tanggal 29 Mei 2020 perihal Tata Cara Pelaksanaan Public Expose Secara Elektronik, dengan ini PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (“CIMB Niaga”) menyampaikan pemberitahuan rencana “Public Expose Tahunan 2022” yang akan diselenggarakan pada:

Public Expose ini akan dihadiri oleh perwakilan Direksi dan Manajemen CIMB Niaga.
Tata cara pendaftaran untuk menghadiri Public Expose CIMB Niaga adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Peserta wajib melakukan pendaftaran dengan mengisi formulir melalui tautan:
cimb.id/cb/pubexbnga
2. Pendaftaran akan ditutup pada hari Selasa, tanggal 1 November 2022 pukul 17:00 WIB.
3. Tautan (link) Zoom Webinar dan passcode akan disampaikan melalui alamat email yang tercantum pada formulir pendaftaran.

According to Decree of Board of Directors (“BOD”) of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“IDX”) No. Kep-00066/BEI/09- 2022 effective on 1 October 2022 concerning Amendment of Regulation Number I-E on the Obligation to Submit Information and the IDX Circular Letter No. SE- 00003/BEI/05-2020 dated 29 May 2020 concerning Procedures for Electronic Public Expose, PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (“CIMB Niaga”) hereby the announcement the
“2022 Annual Public Expose Plan” which will be held on:

Application
Public Expose will be attended by the representatives of BOD and Management of CIMB Niaga.
Registration procedures to attend the CIMB Niaga Public Expose are as follows:
1. Participants are required to do registration by filling out the form through the link: cimb.id/cb/pubexbnga 2. Registration will be closed on Tuesday, 1 November
2022 at 17:00 Western Indonesia Time.
3. The Zoom webinar link and passcode will be shared through the email address as listed in the registration form.

Sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku, materi Public Expose wajib disampaikan kepada BEI selambatnya 3 (tiga) hari bursa sebelum tanggal penyelenggaraan Public Expose.
