ABSTRAK
Tingginya kasus positif virus Covid 19 tercatat sebanyak 770 kasus dengan jumlah penderita meninggal dunia 9 orang disebabkan oleh rendahnya cakupan Vaksinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan keluarga dan riwayat Covid 19 dengan minat masyarakat melakukan vaksin Covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi yaitu seluruh masyarakat yang berjumlah 621 orang.
Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan porpusive sampling sebanyak 88 orang yang berusia 20- 50 tahun dengan cara door to door atau menemui masyarakat langsung ke rumah mereka di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Banua Lawas Kabupaten Tabalong. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner/angket yang dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 90%
(α=0,05) (dihasil penelitian parafrase) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki minat yang kurang dalam melakukan vaksin Covid 19. Ada hubungan pengetahuan masyarakat, sikap masyarakat, dukungan keluarga dan riwayat penyakit Covid 19 dengan minat masyarakat melakukan vaksin Covid 19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Banua Lawas Kabupaten Tabalong Tahun 2021. Diharapkan agar masyarakat mencari informasi tentang pentingnya melakukan Vaksin Covid 19 serta menjaga jarak sosial telah terbukti efektif mengurangi penularan penyakit.

The high number of positive cases of the Covid 19 virus was recorded at 770 cases with 9 people dying due to low vaccination coverage. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, family support and history of Covid 19 with public interest in the Covid 19 vaccine. This study used an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. The population is the entire community, totaling 621 people. The sampling technique was using porpusive sampling as many as 88 people aged 20-50 years by door to door or meeting the community directly at their homes in the working area of the Banua Lawas Health Center, Tabalong Regency. The data collection in this study was a questionnaire which was analyzed using the Chi Square test with a significance level of 90% (α = 0.05). The results showed that most of the respondents had a lack of interest in carrying out the Covid 19 vaccine. There was a relationship between public knowledge, community attitudes, family support and a history of Covid 19 disease with the community's interest in carrying out the Covid 19 vaccine in the Banua Lawas Health Center, Tabalong Regency in 2021. It is hoped that the public will seek information about the importance of carrying out the Covid 19 vaccine and maintaining social distance has been proven to be effective in reducing disease transmission.
