ABSTRAK

Kawasan Jalan MT. Haryono merupakan jalan protokol serta pusat perdagangan dan padat permukiman dengan masalah pada saluran drainase berupa adanya sedimentasi, sampah yang menyumbat saluran, pemeliharaan saluran drainase tertutup belum maksimal yang berakibat menimbulkan genangan dan banjir saat musim penghujan. Pada perencanaan ini dilakukan evaluasi saluran drainase menggunakan EPA SWMM 5.1 dengan mengaplikasikan permodelan pada tiga kondisi. Tujuan dari perencanaan ini adalah untuk memberikan rekomendasi perencanaan sistem drainase dengan penerapan konsep Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) yang cocok diterapkan di wilayah perencanaan. Konsep SUDS yang akan diterapkan adalah rain water harvesting dan permeable pavement.

Rekapitulasi penerapan konsep SUDS pada wilayah perencanaan untuk rain water harvesting diterapkan pada 42 subcatchment dari total 60 subcatchment yang mencakup wilayah sebesar 8,42 Ha dari total luas wilayah perencanaan 75,93 Ha dengan jumlah total tangki air yang digunakan pada perencanaan ini sebanyak 148 buah. Rekapitulasi penerapan permeable pavement diterapkan pada 52 subcatchment dari total 60 subcatchment yang mencakup wilayah sebesar 2,25 Ha dari total luas wilayah perencanaan 75,93 Ha. Konsep SUDS ini dapat menurunkan nilai total run-off pada setiap subcatchment sehingga meminimalisir terjadinya genangan dan limpasan pada saat hujan. Rencana anggaran biaya pada perencanaan ini sebesar Rp1.316.495.000,00 yang dibutuhkan untuk pekerjaan normalisasi saluran dan penerapan rain water harvesting.

ABSTRACT

MT. Haryono Street area is a protocol road as well as a trade center and densely populated with problems in the drainage channel in the form of sedimentation, garbage clogging the channel, maintenance of closed drainage channels has not been maximized which results in puddles and floods during the rainy season. In this planning evaluation of drainage channels using EPA SWMM 5.1 by applying the model to three conditions. The purpose of this plan is to provide recommendations for drainage system planning with the application of the Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) concept that is suitable to be applied in the planning area.

The SUDS concept that will be applied is rain water harvesting and permeable pavement. The recapitulation of the application of the SUDS concept in the planning area for rain water harvesting is applied to 42 subcatchments out of a total of 60 subcatchments covering an area of 8.42 hectares out of a total planning area of 75.93 hectares with a total number of water tanks used in this planning as many as 148 units. The recapitulation of the application of permeable pavement was applied to 52 subcatchments out of a total of 60 subcatchments covering an area of 2.25 Ha out of a total planning area of 75.93 Ha. This SUDS concept can reduce the total run-off value in each subcatchment so as to minimize the occurrence of inundation and runoff during rain. The budget plan for this plan is Rp1,316,495,000.00 which is needed for channel normalization and rain water harvesting implementation.
