ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Cost of Fund Giro dan Deposito terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Periode 2007-2013.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan dengan analisis statistik regresi linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi Pearson, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Keuangan Triwulan PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan Y= -0,868+0,698X, hasil analisis koefisien korelasi Pearson sebesar 0,539, berarti bahwa kedua variabel memiliki hubungan sedang dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 29,0%, sisanya sebesar 71,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis. Hasil perhitungan uji t menunjukkan bahwa Cost of Fund Giro dan Deposito terhadap Return On Assets (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the research to determine the effect of demand deposit and time deposit on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk. the period 2006-2013.
The method of research used is descriptive and verification method the data colletion techniques are study of research documentation and study of literature with statistical simple regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and t test. This study used secondary data obtained from quarterly financial statements of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk.
Based on the calculation results obtained by simple regression analysis equation Y= -0,868+0,698X, the results of the analysis of the Pearson correlation coefficient is 0,539 which means that the two variables have a moderate relationship. The coefficient of determination is to 29,0%, the remaining 71,0% is influenced by other variables not examined by the authors. The results of the t test showed that had significant effect between cost of fund demand deposit and deposit and time deposit to return on assets (ROA).
