ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Desa Kuala Alam dalam meningkatkan perekonomian Desa Kuala Alam Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis dengan cara Peminjaman Modal, Membuka Lapangan Pekerjaan, dan Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat. Kendala Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Desa Kuala Alam dalam operasional adalah bahwa Pengelolaan BUMDes Kuala Alam belum maksimal, segi sumber daya manusianya maupun dari segi finansial. Kurangnya pengalaman dan ilmu pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan BUMDes menjadi kendala utama yang dihadapi.
Strategi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Desa Kuala Alam dalam operasional adalah produk tersebut dikenal dengan dunia luar maka menciptakan Branding, melakukan Promosi di Media sosial, Strategi lainya yaitu melakukan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak.

ABSTRACK
This study aims at the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Kuala Alam Village in improving the economy of Kuala Alam Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency by means of Capital Loans, Opening Jobs, and improving Community Welfare. The obstacle in the operation of the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Kuala Alam Village is that the management of the Kuala Alam BUMDes has not been maximized, both in terms of human resources and in terms of financial aspect. Lack of experience and knowledge about management BUMDes is the main obstacle faced. The strategy of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Kuala Alam Village in operation is that the product is known to the outside world, so it creates Branding, carries out promotions on social media, another strategy is to collaborate with various parties.
