ABSTRAK
SUCI DESTI ZULKARNAIN. Pengaruh Return On Asset, Leverage, dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility Sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Perusahaan Perbankan yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016-2020. Di bawah bimbingan Dr. Iwan Setiadi, SE., M.Si.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Return On Asset, Leverage, dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibiliy. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda dan Analisis MRA. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling.
Perusahaan yang diperoleh adalah 22 perusahaan sebagai sample penelitian, sedangkan data penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan program komputer IBM SPSS Versi 24.
Dari pengujian perhitungan diketahui bahwa Return On Asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan Leverage dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility dapat memoderasi antara variabel Return On Asset, Leverage dan Ukuran Perusahaan dengan Nilai Perusahaan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets, Leverage, and Firm Size on Firm Value with Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression Analysis and MRA Analysis. This research method is using the associative method with a quantitative approach. The data in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method. The companies obtained were 22 companies as research samples, while the research data was processed using the IBM SPSS Version 24 computer program. From the calculation test it is known that Return On Assets no effect on firm value while Leverage and Company Size effect on firm value and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure can moderating between variables Return On Assets, Leverage and Firm Size with Firm Value.
